Parking was expensive per day

Clean and comfy. Staff were super genuine and accommodating. Their text messaging service was really impressive and responsive. Stayed in one of the historic suites. Nice room that I would be happy to stay multiple days. Comfy and clean beds, nice TV reception and other amenities were great.

Was at Toronto union station missed my train home to Montreal and there wasn’t another on til 5 the next day so I decided to book a room there threw hotels paid for it threw hotels and went there only to be told they don’t accept my credit card after it was paid for so I had to go outside when it’s freezing book and pay for another hotel pay 50 in cabs and had 160 token from my credit card by the hotel still the lady at the front desk is very rude and very edgy quick to snap a no this is supposed to be a nice hotel but the staff are ignorant

Everything was good up until we found a condom on the ground was not impressed that the floor of the room was thoroughly checked and cleaned, if a condom was found what else have the cleaning people missed in the room I stayed in??

The service at this hotel is impeccable! The room was spacious and beautiful. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Honestly speaking, I only can praise this wonderful hotel. The service, the employees of the One King West, the Front Desk Folks are te nicest I ever met. I spent 3 days in the hotel, but because my eleven-month-old daughter enjoyed it in here, I had extended for another night. The room though, was not the Premium I had initially. However, the hotel was too nice to me, without telling me, allowed to stay in the room that was much expensive than I paid for the fourth night. Thank you. I will certainly come back. Great service. Great location. Superb Hotel!!!

It was a night stay in the city. The service was great! The concierge were accommodating & very pleasant.

Would not stay here again, our bathroom had clearly been uncleaned. There was hair in the tub and an empty shampoo bottle next to it. I told the front desk the next day as we had checked in fairly late. This was after a night of hearing the stair door open and shut with staff all night and morning long. Will not be staying here again. Front desk offered to upgrade our room for the next stay there. The hotel was clearly not full and our room location was not great as there was no view, just some office buildings. This is not a solution, they said because it was not booked direct, they can't do anything.
