H10 Punta Negra Boutique Hotel

This property is amazing! Very good breakfast w lots of options. Friendly and fast check-in, got free upgrade which was hughly appreciated.

The grounds and the outlook overlooking the Med are superb however the access to the coves is not easy. the fine dining restaurant is excellent but unless you want to spent 120 euros a couple there is no alternative after 6.30 unless you walk 3km or get a taxi which is not expensive but not always conveniet

Excellent location. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms recently renovated and very clean. Friendly staff. Just don’t expect 5 star luxury service.

It was AMAZING! Checking in and sipping on wine was a big plus for me. The staff was so nice, they also speak English fluently. The breakfast that came in with it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant for dinner was so good...great staff, great service. The views were amazing. The water was clear and turquoise. Oh I will definitely be back.

Amazing private estate with on-site water activities. Fantastic restaurant with great cuisine plus relaxed lunches. Amazing breakfasts. Convenient bus stop for trips to Palma (... can be crowded). Sports Centre close by. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Staff always available and helpful if you needed them but otherwise left you to relax.

Hard to imagine a better setting for a 5 star hotel. The staff welcomed us in a professional manner however the design of the hotel requires the guest to carry their luggage up several steps to the reception and up more to the elevator. No assistance was offered. For dinner the presentation was fine with sherbet etc between courses but the food was mediocre at best. The wait staff created no ambiance whatsoever. They delivered the food nicely but a smile or friendly comment would have been appreciated. The seating arrangement positioned tables in close proximity to the point where conversations, in different languages, could be overheard at the expense of your own. Amazing push button shower technology was wasted as the shower floor drained onto the bathroom floor which has those very low friction tiles, combined with water and the floor was a skating rink. The booking staff were unco-operative when the Cruise we had booked changed the date by one day. As the booking was prepaid and guaranteed Hotels.com contacted the hotel and asked to move the 3 day booking forward by a day and as there were 6 weeks this should not have been a problem. H10 refused this request and any other suggestion to reallocate the cost of the day ($300+) in question to another hotel in the area as they said their's would be full on the day in question. As a result to the best of our knowledge the room remained empty that night. H10 missed out on the remaining week of our Spanish trip.

Great hotel , we were upgraded on arrival to a villa sea views which was lovely . Staff were really friendly and helpful , lovely location and bar food and drink reasonable . Would definitely return

It's a nice and and clean hotel - but it was NOT a good experience to return to an OPEN door to our room after our full day trip round the southern Mallorca... :-( :-(
