Overall highly recommend this place! Friendly staff, room was clean with beautiful views. Would definitely go back to enjoy another weekend there.

Enjoyed an excellent stay here last week. Attentive and friendly staff, quiet location with views over the bay. A great breakfast buffet with just about anything you could want, hot or cold, with afternoon teas and a lovely selection of evening meals also available. Ample car parking, but the bus between the airport and st helier (the number 15) stops on the road just beneath the hotel for those not arriving by car. (The stop is called Coronation Park). Take up the hotel's recommendation and go on the island tour to give yourself an overview of the island and pick up a few ideas of where you might want to go back to visit more in depth. All in all a nice relaxing experience in comfortable surroundings, and an ideal location from which to explore the island.

Although soft furnishings in bedroom a little tired and furniture dated ( and there’s no lift so prepare for a few flights of stairs!) this could be overlooked because bathroom clean with quality towels regularly refreshed, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts were consistently fresh and delicious (didn’t dine in evenings so can’t comment on other meals), and grounds and location attractive. We plan to return soon.

The room was large and well decorated. The in-room tea and coffee supplies were excellent, plenty of choice and a large supply. Unfortunately the bed was too hard for my liking and the duvet wasn't very snuggly. My daughter has stayed here previously and had a lovely bed!

The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly, the food was superb, magnificent views from most areas and our room was spacious, light, well equipped inc large bed and, again, with a wonderful view. Very good WiFi and TV reception. I was pleased to discover that I could order 'proper' coffee at breakfast for only 75p.
