Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

The property was fair but the first day they invite you for breakfast and it’s really a presentation to buy there. The food was nasty. We had 2 couples and we were all sick everyday. They bait you saying they have many restaurants and half of them weren’t even open. There is no place to buy any snacks except chips. There isn’t much to do unless you layout or drink all day. Even if you buy into this resort there are no extra perks The private beach they they have for owners is a joke because it is connected to the regular beach. There nobody to ever wait on you for drinks when you are either at the pool or on the beach compared to other places I have been to in Punta Cana. The weather was beautiful tho. We will go back to Punta Cana but never at this resort again!!!

Our stay at Ocean Blue and Sand was excellent. We booked the honeymoon suite with the privilege services. I highly recommend that if your budget allows for the the privilege package to do it! It comes with top shelf alcoholic beverages, private beach cabanas, special breakfast that is not buffet, and more. The resort was nice overall especially considering the COVID restrictions in place. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Stuff mostly nice, nicer when you tipped off. Expedia tho, tricked me to believe that my return fly was full on the 8th, and ask me to switch to the 9th with out letting me know that may room was not also added for one more night . So I had a lot of fun trying to book an extra night with to hotel people. Not fun at all..

We have had a wonderful time, very nice and helpful staff, great food.

It was a nice property and the stuff and DR Resort is always on point, however due to the COVID 19 some the activities are closed, which it’s understandable.

Mi esposo Heber y yo estamos muy agradecidos con todos por su atención, primeramente el hotel es bellísimo, en segundo lugar agradecemos de todo corazón a Jorge, Carolina y Roberto por hacernos sentir como en casa, por el trato tan cálido que recibimos de su parte y tantas atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros desde solucionar pequeños detalles hasta ayudarme a conseguir unos pañales para mis hijos, muchísimas gracias particularmente a Laura del kids club que mis hijos la adoraron y que nos dio la confianza para dejarlos a su cargo, bailó y jugó con ellos en todo momento incluso cuando no era en el kids club y que cuando íbamos por ellos ya no querían irse, Fernando que siempre nos atendía por las mañanas y tardes en el buffet con una sonrisa que traspasaba el cubre bocas que llevaba puesto y a el bartender del lobby que siempre vimos brindar una atención impecable a todos los huéspedes, que tenía todo el ritmo, que se ponía a cantar y alegraba con su buena vibra a cualquiera que estuviera en el lobby, es difícil aprenderme los nombres de todos pero en general a todos los empleados que se portaron espectaculares con nosotros.

Everything Was Clean. They have an excellent service. I cannot complain about it. My husband and I had great experience there.

The amenities were limited due to the pandemic. We were not offered a partial refund for a partial experience
