Napa Plaza Hotel-Adults Only

Some of the staff in the restaurant get very rude. But, rooms are clean and very comfy. The pool is also clean and looked after. I stayed two distinct times and I have to say its a shame some of the staff spoiled my experience on both occasion that could potentially have been much better.

We were really happy of our stay! The staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel is really comfortable, the bed is amazing, you can relax without any problem and enjoy your stay. We highly recommend the Napa plaza!

Very nice place to stay in during your vacation, but expensive compared to other places in Aya Napa.

Overpriced, old refurbished hotel. They have to invest a lot in rooms condition. I booked a deluxe room with a terrace. What mistake was to book this hotel. First, on arrival, I noticed that air conditional is barely working. I asked reception to check it. After half hour technician come to room and said that he fixed the problem and in 30 minutes it will work properly. I gave it 1 hour but nothing changed. It's still was very hot in the room. When I talked again with the reception they said that technical already went home and there is nothing they can do. When I asked to change the room - I got an answer that the hotel is fully booked and, again - "There is nothing we can do". They gave me a fan (very noisy) to survive a night. When I decide to get a shower - the pressure of water was very low. It was really hard to wash my head... At the morning I ask reception if there is anything they can do about air condition and water pressure and they ensure me that they will fix it. At the evening, when I arrived at the hotel, it stays the same. Nothing worked. In general, the room was very old. The furniture is cracked and full of scratches.

Great location in the heart of Ayia Napa, all the restaurants and bars are right outside. There’s a club crawling street right next door where all the clubs have different themes (pirates, titanic, castle, etc.) The pool was clean, staff is very friendly! Cocktails are great, and they’re very affordable. They offer free breakfast which has a huge variety of things to consume! The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. What wasn’t so good was that this hotel has a lot of bugs. We found 2 roaches in our room, and there was 1 crawling behind the mirror that we couldn’t completely squash. There were roaches crawling around in the lounge public areas (on the chairs, under the table...). Was pretty disgusting. I think they can do better with pest control. The other point that wasn’t great is the cleanliness of the room/bathroom, we would walk barefoot and see our feet getting darker right after shower. And see some dust and debris that we had to dust off of our feet.

The staff are fantastic, always willing to go that extra mile to make sure our holiday is perfect. The hotel was lovely and the junior suite was perfect. The only negative was the smell in the corridor outside the room, don’t know what it was or if it is always there but it was present throughout our stay.

I liked the many hospitality area it had and the different variety. I did not like when I was Trying to sleep at 2am the downstairs Japanese bar could be heard in our room and the tv would be shaking

The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and the location is perfect, about 2 mins from the club strip and a short taxi from Nissi Beach. Completely worth the price, would definitely recommend. 10/10
