If you want a no frills hotel with a good location this is it. The room was very small, only a bed and desk, so it’s better for a short stay. It is right next to the orange line and you can park in the garage on the same block, $30 for 24 hours with hotel validation. Cold breakfast included with yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, oatmeal, and, I think, cereal.

It was great. Comfort and cozy. But breakfast was poor. Overall was nice.

Staff are friendly and nice. Room is clean and just in a right size. Location is great. If you’re here for business and just want to find a place to stay overnight and it’s a right choice for you.

First thing you will notice is the chemical or paint-like smell that hits you as you enter the room. You can't really open the windows to get the air out so you are stuck with the smell. The shower is a very small shower. If you are a large person, then it's not for you. Bathroom is small as well. Feels a bit cramped. Other than that the room is fine for a one night stay.

The hotel is in a great location and is quite nice. The breakfast was average. It is a comfortable walking distance to prudential centre and to Boston commons. It also very close to back bay station making it very convenient to get everywhere.
