Sonder - Wellborn

Multiple living and dead cockroaches and centipedes (I get that we were in central Florida but this was beyond just that). There is very little parking, the ice machine for the kitchen was on the other side of a very thin door that went into our room which was loud until 1am, and there is a party venue next door that blasted music until 1am. Not a good place to stay with a baby (make sure you read the other reviews before booking). Very well designed and aesthetically pleasing rooms, but the execution and practicality of it left something to be desired. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you are in your early 20s and ready to party until the wee hours of the morning.

This property is so great! The rooms are super cute, I loved the amenities, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great and they have a really nice on site bar. The cocktails were well crafted and everyone in my party enjoyed the food as well. The location is also a plus we went out for a dinner downtown just a few minutes away. I travel extensively for work and this will definitely be a top spot on my list.

The property has so much history and each room is unique! The courtyard is gorgeous and the bar nextdoor had a great vibe and delicious beverages and food! Accessing the room was a super easy with parking right outside. Signage was easy to follow/navigate. Great location downtown and a quick Uber to restaurants and entertainment.

The rooms were very clean and quiet. The decor is super chic and trendy and there’s a nice courtyard outside connected to the bar. I loved my stay and will be back!!

Excellent! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful room and easy booking process. We will look for Sonder again on future trips!

I loved the property. The only thing I would change is the parking. Gues Thst are dining around the restaurant should park on the street. I had to wait for 30 minutes to find parking. This is a a sonder hotel. If they are not staying at this beautiful jolted then they need to be towed.

My stay at the Sonder Wellborn was amazing! I came here a couple years ago and wow what a difference! Sonder has completely remodeled the property and it looks amazing! I loved my room, the bed, the decor and loved having the app for any questions I had during my stay. It was a wonderful getaway after being quarantined with two kids for a while.... When you stay here, make sure to check out the House bar- the bartender made me a few great cocktails, one called the "pharmaceutical test subject" and it was relaxing to sit in the courtyard area and enjoy it. I'll be back in the fall when the Dr. Phillips center re opens for Off Broadway shows... It's walking distance away! Thank you Sonder!
