We loved this hotel. From the staff to the room it’s self, it was great. The only complaint we would have is getting into the oversized parking garage. There are cars parked on the small street that make it very difficult. That’s not really the hotel’s fault though.

We got relocated because our original hotel couldn’t accommodate us so they redirected us. The staff was very welcoming knowing we were redirected and put us at ease.

There were only 2 elevators in the building, one was not working. We booked 3 rooms to fill all the 12 people we were traveling with. We were there for a skate boarding event which also brought with us equipment. Waiting for this one and only elevator took 20-30 minutes each time we arrived at the hotel, needed to go to the room, come down from the room, and return. the elevator was crowed with the house keeping carts which took up a good part of the elevator as well. this pushed us to wait until they were off. We also asked for an hour extension on check out day with so many people, equipment and trying to work with this ONE and ONLY elevator. the lady at the front desk did not look at the computer at all to see if it was possible. she only stated, on a sunday mind you, that due to the hotel being at full capacity, fully booked on sunday night, they could not accommodate our request. I felt very pushed aside. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, but do to the service, we would not stay there ever again. I cant express how much time it added to our day to have to wait for the ONE elevator in the entire hotel.

Hotel is new and squeaky clean. Great location. Helpful staff. The only downside was the service policy. Some brand genius at Hilton, under the cover of pandemic fears decided that the hotel will not service your room, unless you give them 24 hr notice, which is kind of difficult if you are staying for 2 nights only, and then no tools/supplies are provided. We had a small soda spill accident, which we tried to manage on our own but couldn't because of said lack of supplies. I asked the front desk for help and the girl agreed, but unfortunately the she-manager was there that same moment and reprimanded me for not foreseeing the soda spill 24 hrs before. In spite they promised to clean, but at the end they didn't. On another note, local cops in full Kevlar gear, swing by for free breakfast every morning, which BTW gives you a sense of security after your read all these crime wave reviews about Tucson. With these precautions, I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is rather new, so the condition of the property at large, as well as that of the room, was great. The check-in was smooth, and the parking was convenient. The location, too, is perfect, as it is near 4th Street and the University. It was an above-average room for our family stay. A free buffet breakfast didn't hurt either!

The employees were super nice and very helpful. The barking dog in a house next door was not restful but the staff let me move to a different room that was quieter.

I made a reservation for two nights. There was an error with my booking and the hotel only had me for one night, the second night. I was told the hotel was fully booked and because I had booked it thru Travelocity there was nothing the hotel employees (the management) would do. The next day we checked in. When we entered our room the floor was filthy and had not been mopped. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The bed was not made. The pillow covers looked like they had been slept on, were completely wrinkled, and the comforter had been thrown clumsily on. The privacy curtain was missing. We asked to be moved. A staff member was sent up to investigate our claim. She called down and confirmed. We were told to leave the room and come back when it was cleaned. They mopped the floor!!! At check out I showed photos of our room to the staff. UNACCEPTABLE was the term THEY used to describe our rooms condition for a HILTON property. Next move, Here is your receipt! The best the manager would do was a honors member point credit. $30 worth. She said her hands were tied because I booked it through Travelocity. She was snide, disrespectful, abrupt, unaccommodating, combative, and downright nasty to us. Terrible management skills. Terrible understaffed property management. TERRIBLE resolution to an Obvious hotel problem that the staff made our problem. The manager could have easily solved this but chose not to. They didn't care if we returned or not.
