Villa Del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort and Spa

Nice hotel, excellent service and very clean and safe on this covid days, they really take care the customer

We reserved on Expedia for Villa de palmar flamingos only to arrive and find out flamingos transferred our reservation to another hotel

At first we reserved for Villa del Palmar family members, and once there they sent us to another Hortel, much smaller than the original reservation, the experience was not bad but it was not what we had chosen for our vacations and for what we pay for it.

This is a paradise not a hotel I really recommend

It is impossible to escape (and therefore, to overlook) the fact that this is a "timeshare" property. The staff will repeat the new marketing efforts, explaining that Villa Del Palmar is no longer a timeshare situation, but upon arrival, all guests will be badgered repeatedly to attend the 90-minute presentation & tour of the property. On this particular trip, I was not given a room assignment until I relented to the tour invitation. This is a very nice property, and well worth the price that I paid through Hotels.com. However, do not be fooled into believing that this is a conventional hotel. You will receive the hard sell to become a member.

We was told we was upgraded. They put us in la estaenacia. My wife heard free breakfast in the morning with the upgrade. This one my have been missunderstaning. Breakfast was not free fyi They check us in to a room a guest was already using. Then bell boy took us to another room. Had to wait 40 mintues for new keys. We had no kitchenette. We told them we want a kitchenette. The wifi did not work.

We didn’t like the location of our room as we couldn’t see the ocean from the balcony. It was also on the second floor just behind the stage they put up most nights. It was noisy but we couldn’t see what was going on.

Service was amazing, hotel was beautiful and comfortable. All rooms have an ocean view.

Rooms are too small bathroom not enough to place personal items. Why small kitchen and bad costumer service wont stay at any villa del palmar in the future. Their main goal to get timeshare sales no activities bye villa del palmar im glad i left the place.
