Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit - All Inclusive

This is a beautiful property. It was very clean. Every worker had a mask and a face sheild on. There was hardly anyone there due to Covid-19. I felt very safe because everything was so clean. The food was amazing. Great place to go if you want to relax at a beautiful uncrowded property. The rooms were great and everyone was so nice. They give great customer service!

This resort was definitely first class. The staff and service was excellent. I can’t wait to go back.

Grand Velas in Puerto Vallarta.... celebrating my birthday my husband Rafa with the help of Jose & Ramon our personal concierge organized great celebration every night ..... best birthday ever. During the day at the swimming pool we had the bests person waiting on us treating us like royalty.... Nino & Nadia sure made it special thru out the day giving us great service drinks and food just kept coming. Wow incredible vacation Our pool bartenders were also excellent .. very attentive great drinks and great service Santiago & Eynar.... can't say enough of Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta we had a blast. Wonderful birthday celebration... can't wait to go back....

Excellent resort in all aspects. 2nd time there. Service was outstanding and the grounds and facilities are beautiful and well laid out. The restaurant’s all have high end presentation and quality. Would definitely return.

Everything was exceptionally amazing! From the moment you set foot on the property, you are treated like royalty. There is no check in line, you check in sitting down sipping on a delicious fresh drink after a relaxing massage. You will not walk past an employee without being acknowledged and greeted. The entire experience was unbelievably amazing, I can write a book about everything I loved and honestly have not one bad thing to say. The food and drinks are delicious, everything we ate and drank was unbelievably delicious! The pool and beach were beautiful. The entire resort is beautiful everywhere you look. This was our first trip to Mexico and we plan on going back. We wanted to try out other resorts but after staying at Grand Velas, we simply cannot go anywhere else.

This is the best all around vacation place. It’s so clean. The staff is so nice and incredible. The attention to detail is amazing. The rooms are amazing, nice and big. Great shower and the bed is perfect. The food and beverages are so good. We have been 6 times now.. they remember us always and say, welcome home. Great entertainment too.

The service is the best we have ever received at an all inclusive resort. They wait in you hand and foot! Beautiful property. Large spacious rooms! Excellent restaurants and room service!

We have stayed at the Grand Velas many times and each time is better. The property is beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly and very service oriented. In every department they take very good care of their visitors. We’ll be back again. Favorite place for rest and relaxation.
