InterContinental Warsaw

Before starting my review, I want to highlight that this is rated as 5 stars hotel. The hotel itself is nice, in a very good position and very clean. It was very clean and hand sanitizers were available everywhere. The check-in experience was quite cold, but having spent 5 years in Poland I do know that this is a cultural block, really don't understand why. You could easily sense the lack of natural kindness and positive energy you get somewhere else. The room was very spacious with an amazing view and, I must say, extremely clean. I did not appreciate some missing/broken "buttons" in the shower, it made me feel I was in a much lower class hotel. Another surprising thing was the presence of only one robe for the spa and one shower towel. Not a big issue, we called the reception and asked for the missing items but if the room is for 2 why should I find half towels? Also, TV channels were not working fine with some stuttering and interruptions due to the bad signal. It felt like we were in the countryside and not in the big capital. The big disappointment, though, came from the spa and the way the Hotel manages it (or actually doesn't). You cannot access the jacuzzi in more than one, fine, but if an unmannered family takes full control of it, you won't have a chance to use it. The hotel should at least introduce a reservation policy but they seem not to care. Welcome back to the 80's holiday villages where you must fight to use facilities.

Amazing place but other prices with the service. Call them is worth the money

Stunning views from the room , convenient location , but services are overpriced considering general prices in Poland . 25 pounds breakfast is not adequate as Cb you can eat in a restaurant your dinner in Poland for a half price . Hotel is tired . De Luz rooms are nothing I’d deluxe - small sizes and tied .

Excellent service. Very clean room and good food and friendly staff

The stay was amazing! Very nice clean hotel directly in the city everything is in walking distance, also the view from our room was great directly onto the Palace and culture of science. The gym is very amazingly equipped even for regular gym goers. All employees we spoke to were super friendly and helpful.

Check in was slow as there was only one person at the desk. The worst part however was being told to pay 45eur to check in 40min early. As a returning guest i was very put off by this and if felt like a money grab on the hotels part. Service did improve throughout our stay and the stay was always friendly and curious. The pool area was a bit chaotic as other guest didn’t seem to respect rules put in place.

Hotel facilities are very good

4:30am first night staff moved me to another room at 4:30am because loud noises from near by room 11:30 I was in the same situation staff had to move me again Didn’t sleep well the 2 nights stay was the worst . The breakfast was on the house thank you and the staff was great to move me I spent it in 4 rooms in 2 nights I will hope to get refund
