Good location in Canford Cliffs. Nice terrace and bar. Room nice but a tiny bit old fashioned, as was the hotel. Breakfast pleasant. Really not much to fault but not wow either. Would probably stay again so no complaints.

We had a wonderful 3 nights, in a comfortable room, with excellent food and a stunning view of the harbour from the dining terrace and our bedroom. A very friendly welcome from reception staff, including a courtesy call the day before. Most of the dining staff, were helpful and efficient. We would definitely return again. We had a lovely time in beautiful Sandbanks and the hotel was in a great location for a walk to the beach.

Squeaky and uneven floor in our room needs attention and must have been irritating to room below. Breakfast was tasty but not four star, although granola bars were delicious. Dinner selection was good.
