Senator Gran Vía 70 Spa Hotel

Nice hotel. The staff was ok and not overly friendly. I was disappointed that you had to pay for the pool even during family time. It was very clean though and the food in the attached cafe was delicious! The location was also very good!

The hotel was standard, bed was comfortable and air con worked well. The room was clean although a bit dated. Breakfast was ok- bacon a bit over cooked. Service - not so good. We will given a room facing the dark courtyard - despite our request for room overlooking the street. The lady was only interested in promoting their SPA and room upgrade. She couldn’t even decide how much to charge us for an upgrade - 25euro or 35euro per night. We booked airport transfer but the driver came 30 mins late! The location is good near to everything - we walked for the 4 days we were there. Love the city will definitely come back, but don’t know about the hotel. There are plenty hotels nearby will try somewhere else next time.

Nice location, big rooms, breakfast not bad for the price, but check in and out is terrible, it was a holiday in Spain during my stay soo many people was in the hotel and only one person to manage check in and out , she did her best but it was too much for just one person .

Everything was good, the only thing I will complain about is the check in, it’s very slow , I stayed during a holiday , the hotel was full , every body came to check in a 14h , and only one person on the front desk, she did her best to help everyone but it was to much for just one person
