Capital O Hotel Plaza Tucanes

We were given an upgraded room to a junior suite. It was very spacious, but lacked a hot water heater. The bed was comfortable but the foam cushions in the sofa sank to nothing when you sat on them. The lighting was if he. One of the lights next to the bed had a switch that didn’t move and no lightbulb, and on the other side it couldn’t be used because the light flashed like a disco light and there was no way to turn it off. We had to leave the bulb unscrewed. And for Wi-Fi we needed to go to the restaurant… There was none in the room. The pool is large and very nice and the views are beautiful. The restaurant service was friendly and nice and the food was good. And the place is a labyrinth… The woman at the desk trying to show us to our room the first day got lost trying to find it. They should have maps!

The property is in the middle of no where. It is very dark at night and the rooms are in poor condition. My family and I cancaled the hotel room the first night and looked else where.

Upon check in , rooms were not cleaned beforehand and had 2 leaks in ceiling . No wifi available in rooms . No hot water available for showers. Beds were rock solid and no television in rooms . Hotel and rooms were very out dated and cleanliness could definitely use some improvement. Hotel blamed conditions on the weather (tropical storm's passing) somewhat understandable and the fact they were under staffed. Of the many cons one pro i can think of was working a/c units in each room . Overall a poor visit which i do not recommend , won't stay here again .

Excelente atención por parte del personal, área de alberca excelente y con una vista espectacular desde ahí y de la habitación; lo único que si tienes sueño ligero te despertarás con el ruido del aire acondicionado y del frigobar, pague una habitación con una cama Queen y me dieron una matrimonial, opino deberían quitar las tinas de baño viejas y con sarro ya que no era agradable tener que entrar para usar la regadera, pero buena calificación relación al precio

La limpieza de los cuartos es mala, el mantenimiento malo, los cuartos están en mal estado, los electrónicos están oxidados y picados, las paredes con humedad y la limpieza no la hacen bien. Tardaron en entregarlo y tuvieron que cambiarnos el cuarto. La alberca es lo único bueno, esta bonita y está limpia.

Muy tranquilo y cómodo, solo falta renovar algunas instalaciones interiores, el trato del personal excelente

Buena recepción, atentos y prestos, el hotel está viejo, con mantenimiento pero mobiliario, ventanas, baños de cuartos con años de uso. El aire acondicionado de ventana anticuado y se me hizo de menor capacidad.

Experiencia muy buena

El servicio al llegar fue regular no había servicio de toallas en la alberca y la alberca estaba los primeros dos Dias enlamada y con hongo en los azulejos muy malas condiciones levantamos el Reporte en recepción de inmediato la pusieron en tratamiento y el último día ya estaba limpia solo La pudimos utilizar un momento el hotel necesita mayor mantenimiento en general
