Horrible didn’t even get to stay here. They are dude snd make up their own rules

Loved my stay. However when we arrived they required that you were an essential worker and needed a letter to prove it. Although I am and had one I was not informed before I arrived and was traveling with children. Also scheduled for housekeeping that got scheduled for the incorrect date. So no housekeeping ever came to my room during the time I left. But room was nice clean and comfortable. Great deal and was close to a lot shopping and food.

Dirty room. Dirty drains, stains, bad pipe smell throughout the whole room.

I have had better experiences and customer service at a 1 star hotel. The room itself was just ok. To start off the ice machine maker in the fridge didn't work and was told to grab a bag of ice from the front desk. 2nd the detachable shower head was something I needed for my handicap mother and I couldn't figure out how to make it work, called the front desk and they said they would send someone up take a look in 20 minutes. I am now home and the "someone" never came up to "take a look" I figured out how to use it myself 2 days before we checked out. At one point we needed toilet paper and again had to call the front desk for toilet paper said they would send someone up in a few minutes, 2 hours passed and we needed to call again and finally someone came up and lastly the customer service, I called down to ask about spanish channel programing and the guy was just RUDE! He "attempted" to help me figure out if there were in fact any spanish channels ...and when we figured out there were none he replied "ni modo" meaning "Oh Well" but with a sarcastic tone! I will never ever stay here again! Next time I will pay an extra $5 a night and stay some where else.

Rick front desk clerk is an amazing person. Very kind, sweet and pleasant. Helped us, answered all of our questions and more. Very professional. Room size were decent but not as clean as it should be especially due to COVID, one of the bedroom tub wasn’t scrub or clean all the way it had black particles that looked like it hadn’t been touch. The walls to the second room was dirty, I had to use our wipes to wipe down all the door knobs and walls, because it was really filthy. When we travel we always stay at the Marriott, but this place was by far the least favorite in terms of expectation.

Very thin walls, very noisy, didn’t have the room I initially booked. Parking is expensive. The two bedroom suite is very cool though. Bed is super comfortable.

The room bright, clean and large. I really appreciated the full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The beds were comfy. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Breakfast was nice with some great choices. Would definitely book again.

Everything was amazing. Hotel staff was great!!!! The only problem we had was the hotel parking. There wasn’t any left

Location and room were perfect for entire family, the room is very spacious!
