Disappointed

We will not stay here again. The bathroom was dirty with built up crud in the corners, there was no exhaust fan and no racks for the towels, which were replaced every 3 days. The breakfast consisted of two dry cereal choices and some old muffins. The lot did not get plowed for over 25 hours after a major snowstorm, then only a few spots were cleaned. The entry way was not shoveled and there was no salt put down.

Horrible Check In Experience

I reserved two rooms, a King suite and a double Queen bed suite, which was supposed be joining rooms. In order to get the package deal, I made a non-refundable payment up front, and the payment cleared my bank two weeks before arrival. I also received a confirmation the Monday before we arrived (11/01/21). I was irate when after driving six hours, upon arrival and check-in, I'm informed by the front desk clerk that one of the suites HAD NOT BEEN PAID FOR!!!!!! Sorry to say, I didn't act in a very gentlemanly manner. The clerk told me it was out of his hands and that I needed to call the booking service Hotel.Com. I told him that's not my job to contact them. That's a matter for the property and Hotel.Com to iron out, make sure the reservation transaction had been completed, and that funds were appropriately forwarded to completed the transaction. Eventually the property managed to contact the Hotel.Com customer service department (which turned out to be Expedia.Com), and completed the transaction. THIS WAS AFTER APPROXIMATELY 90 MINUTES!!!!!!! Add insult to injury, when I made the reservation, the website in Hotel.Com for the property in question, said there would be a hot breakfast available each morning for our party (2 adults, 3 children). NOT!!!! Three types of dry cereal, muffins, juice, bananas, and apples. HOT BREAKFAST, REALLY!!!!!!!! From a safety perspective, the floor in the King suite (Room 311), seemed like it was about to cave in!

The bed in our room was comfortable and clean, however, the rest of the room could have used a deep clean. There were crevices of dirt on the icebox, the corners of the shower were dirty, the faucet on the bathroom sink needed replaced and looked rusty/moldy on the seal. Some of this could be attributed to the fact that the rooms were a little outdated, however, seeing visible dirt on items made me not want to come back to this hotel. OK for a one night stay, but will not be back and would rather pay more money for something nicer and more updated.

This hotel is run down. The A/C didn't work and it was extremely hot. Lights were out. Bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Holes in closet door and bed bugs----gross.

The room was more shabby than chic. The shower was mildewy or something. There were holes in the carpet. The bed was hard. The sheets and towels were clean.

Roofers were installing new roof making inconvient to get in hotel. First thing you notice entering the hotel is moldy smell. Very outdated rooms, needs renovated. Bathroom, the shower was gross, very dirty & old looking. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no wonder the shower looked so filthy, and signs of moisture damage to woodwork in bathroom. There was hardly no food at breakfast bar, 3 banannas, 2 oranges, 12 muffins & the two cereal dispensers were half full. No waffle maker. There was a toaster but no bread or anything to toast. We ate 6:30, you'd think the breakfast bar would still be well stocked. Me & my wife were the only ones eating there for 20 minutes. Worst breakfast bar ever.

Just Gross

At first we thought it was just an older property with wear and tear, but turns out this hotel is absolutely not kept clean. There were no clean towels at the pool, but there were used towels all over the floor and chairs and trash on the floor. There was a crushed fortune cookie on the floor of the elevator the entirety of our stay. When we opened the pull out sofa in one of the rooms there was something that appeared to be feces on the sheets. When we called down to the desk nobody answered and the voicemail was full. Needless to say neither pull out was used. On the way out the manager barely spoke. Wasn't even worth trying to talk to him anymore, they clearly do not care.
