We come here a lot, always clean. Comfortable, miss breakfast one of the best. Will continue to come back, would recommend

Good location but rooms were not clean and staff was friendly but slow.

When I checked in they told me they didn’t have the family suite I booked, but they gave two adjoining rooms with more than enough room for all of us. Very clean, very friendly staff, great customer service.

To start....Try finding parking!! you can find parking after 9:00 pm its all packed. Because of the corona virus there is no room service we stay there 2nights so next day when we came back to the hotel after a long day the room was as it was left 😒 they didint clean, or vacuum orr put new towels nothing was done YES!! I get it there is a virus but there is so much things you could use to proctect yourself i pay almost $300 and it was a dissapointment i really wished i could of stayed at a better motel. They are not prepare for the virus. Ohh and btw there is no free breakfast you pay for it!! Ooohh ohhh and my husband forgot his toothbrush they put up a sign in the room that say we could get one for free as a complementary so he went ask for it, girl at the front desk gave him attitude for a freaking toothbrush. Besides all of that we enjoy our stay as a family yes it was frustrated yes it was a hustle with 6kids yes i said 6. But i still wish i could of picked a better prepare hotel for a virus. KEEP WORKING ON ITT HOLIDAY INN. 😒🙎‍♀️

It was good for price and great location off the freeway

The literal only positive was the gentleman who checked us in (August 22, 2020). He was very friendly. The room wreaked of stale cigarettes. It was so dingy and dusty. When we walked in and saw the room my stomach started hurting. We went to a wedding, came back around midnight with a sleeping infant, and my card wouldn't work. So I had to go all the way to the front counter to get it reactivated. The gal at the front desk told me if it was close to my phone that it would demagnetize the card (a MYTH that has been debunked numerous times). Her tone was very snarky, like I was a complete inconvenience to her. Even though I'm pretty confident my card wasn't ever even activated. Not only that, but my husband had already stopped by the desk to ask for a pack-n-play for our baby. When I finally got back to the room I noticed there was no pack n play, and he was at least 10 minutes ahead of me getting to the room. I asked where it was and he said the lady at the front desk "will bring it up in a few minutes." There was hardly anyone checked in, it was midnight, she wasn't busy, and she literally watched me struggle with all my bags and carrying my sleeping daughter. I called her from the room and said we would be checking out immediately and I wanted a refund. I told her it was absurd for her to have waited to bring up a pack-n-play. My debit card didn't appear to have been charged at all which is a good thing because I would have a lot more to say if it had been.

Always clean & very helpful staff. We all have to live with COVID restrictions, be an even better place, when they serve breakfast again

It was a nice hotel but for it being so expensive and then first closing pool and no breakfast I should have got credited something or they should lower price cause we pay all that money to swim and get breakfast if I was just coming to sleep I could went to motel 6 60 dollar’s anyways nice hotel but to expensive for no services
