Nice ambience,beautiful beach. ...service amazing..employees A1... Food was ok.. i didn't like the Chinese... But in general good.

Pro : beach water gorgeous, people very nice Con: the drinks not very good ,food very poor

I stayed at Catalonia for 5 days and it was beautiful. The staff was very kind. The food was good but it they served small portions. Overall I had a relaxing and comfortable stay and have no complaints.

I wish I could post the pictures but they will be posted on another site..do not go here during Covid...my temperature was never taken the entire time I was here..and this is the 3rd time I traveled during Covid and this is the only place that didn’t...now they took the worker’s temperature but not all the customers that are coming from different places...again I can’t post pics but my patio had dried blood all over the walls that I couldn’t even enjoy sitting out there..I assume it’s from people killing bugs..but don’t understand why this wasn’t clean...again I traveled during Covid so I know already everything isn’t opened but the food here is disgusting..ever night we had to make 2 reservations at both restaurants just so we could be full...we left the resort one day just to buy food..I never went to an all inclusive resort and had to buy food somewhere else especially spending over $500 for 3 days..it rained off and on so the day we could go to the beach when we got there all our towels had stains on them...the last night here I pulled back my sheets to lay down and it was a blood stain (I have pictures) that I just laid towels on the couch and went to sleep it got to the point that I refused to even tell anyone at the hotel because it was useless...the privileged is a waste...I never purchased this because I read it was worthless in reviews to get...but Expedia upgraded me (thanks guys❤️) but stay away from here...waste of money

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente. La playa es hermosa este hotel tiene la mejor playa del área. El personal del hotel es muy amable hospitalario siempre queriendo ayudar. La comida en el restaurante es muy rica y fresca.

This was 5th stay at Catalonia Royale and we have enjoyed all of our stays. If you are looking for relaxation...this is the resort for you. The staff is amazing. The beach is amazing.

Super amables todos! Daniel de Guest Service lo máximo! Muy limpio y cómodo el cuarto. La alberca un poco chica, pero perfecta ahorita con capacidad al 35%, solo le falta limpieza diaria. La comida muy rica! En especial la cena en BLoved!! Recomendable para un stay corto

we have been many times and are always taken GREAT care of. Even with a hurricane we had excellent service overall. in 2 days time you would never know it happened. Thank you for taken such good care of us

Me encanto la playa. Lo que no me gusto fue el trato que tuvimos por parte del personal del lobby. Cuando llegamos nadie nos acompaño a encontrar nuestro cuarto tuvimos k adivinar. La comida. Repiten mucho el menu de la cena
