Catamaran Resort and Spa

We had a great experience and will be returning.

The bed was comfortable. we paid for a garden view with a balcony and the balcony door was jammed shut (intentionally). The walls are pretty thin so on one side we had the properties maintenance room which had loud equipment and on the other side crying babies/loud adults, which made our romantic getaway a little less romantic. The bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived, there was hair on the floor and in the sink. The landscaping is amazing, and the staff was so nice. I just don’t agree with the price point on this one, the room did not seem to warrant the 30 dollar a day resort fee + the high daily rate. We also paid 27 dollars a day for parking.

Was nothing like the pictures posted. For how much we were paying, we figured it was going to be amazing! Parking is not included it was $27 a night to park in a parking structure. Rooms are not updated. Our room was not clean, which is especially of utter importance in this pandemic. WiFi was sketchy. Overall we were very disappointed.

Be carful! This place will scam you extra 50% with all the extra charges. They only told me I was charged extra $75 for my dig after he had an accident in the room and refused to clean. What kind of service is that? Don’t show yourself as dog friendly. I asked they will send me cleaning supplies they guy showed up only after 40 minutes. After 15 I just asked from one of the cleaning lady in the hallway. Mind you it was as soon as I enter the room. What a way to start vacation. I ended up being charged extra $150 of the “price” from hotels. Turns out they charge extra for parking. Not that they bother telling me before hand. The room looks awful. Sheet wasn’t clean. Only redeeming feature is the view. Over priced and scammy. And definitely NOT dog friendly

My family and I spent 4 days at the Catamaran resort. Check in is at 4p but I was able to check in at 1p and it was very smooth. I requested a high floor. If you want to have a view of the bay, I would suggest the 5th floor or higher in the Tower. The property is well maintained.

The views at this hotel are unbeatable and really made our hotel stay enjoyable. The condition of the hotel room was poor and the hotel looks like it needs significant upgrades. The town is quaint and we enjoyed walking around and biking.

What a great weekend Trip! Beautiful view, excellent location and accommodating staff. Just what I needed for a little weekend retreat!

It was good. The restaurant was very average for the price of the food. We had 2 meals there and neither were very good.

I’ve wanted to try this hotel out for a while so when I saw the promotional rate I jumped at it. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was a parking fee there was a resort fee and taxes that nearly doubled the price of the room. The resort fee I have always had a problem with, especially during Covid since most things are closed anyway, kind of disappointed that they continue to charge that.

I was very disappointed with hotel. When we arrived & got in the room first thing I saw was a dirty shower with hair on wall & possibly black mold on tile on wall. We ask to get another room & we did. But it was almost the same problem with possibly mold on tile. Didn’t even shower cause of that! The hotels needs to get remodel at least the showers. Would not recommend this hotel or would not stay here in the future. Also overpriced!
