Great staff, atmosphere and very well located.

I have stayed here many times, but the hotel staff seems to have gone way down with the level of service. Concierge forgot my request for birthday surprise of champagne and strawberries, shocking bc that their main job. Almost messed up my dinner reservations by trying to change a booking to a day the restaurant was not opened. On our room balcony there was a glass with cigarettes in it from previous guest. So gross. The hot tub area was a mess. Ugly tarps everywhere. Exposed piping and wiring around the hot tub jet control. Very dangerous. Jets on one tub did not work. This trip was disappointing to say the least.

Soon as we drove in we were greeted by valet and assisted us with checking in...he actually knows what room we have and said that we have an awesome room! We checked in at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready and front desk recommends walking around to see the town and the room should be ready in 15 mins... we went back in 10mins and the room is ready! We got the loft suit with a king bed in the loft and a Murphy bed on the first floor. It looks great! Bathroom has heated floors, bathtub fits me and my husband. There’s bathrobes and slippers for all 4 of us. The hotel is just steps away to the vail village and a few steps to restaurants which I love. The pool and spa area looks amazing but I just feel too cold to even change into my swim suit. This hotel is great and don’t think twice in booking them...you won’t regret it...thank me later.

Amazing place with unparalleled service. One would think they are walking into a Swiss chalet but with 5 star service. My favorite place in Vail by far

Well when we checked in, we were notified we would have to park across the village for the hotel and walk. We got to our room and the fridge didnt work. They brought up a large stand alone fridge and said”this happens all the time”. There was no coffee maker in the room. They said you must request one. It was a terrible junky coffee maker that barely made coffee. The second night the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel. They left a note the next morning saying they were sorry and it was just a sensor issue. The lights on the wall in the room flickered and barey worked. 2 out of 3 of the hot tubs were broken and blocked off. Also a couple on our hall got into an altercation and the police had to be called. She was forcibly removed from the hotel and made a scene but the hotel didnt seem to apologize or care. The most ghetto hotel in Vail Village. We honestly couldnt believe how bad it was.

There were many things that were broken (our mini fridge, 3 lights in the room, 2 hot tubs weren’t in use, the room temp was extremely warm and couldn’t be turned down). One night we had to evacuate because of an error with the fire alarm. They told us there would be street parking near by and there wasn’t. We didn’t have a coffee maker and found out later that it was in the lobby (it would have been nice to have been told that when we checked in).

Thr junior suite was very spacious. The spa hot tubs inside and out were clean and a proper temperature. The service, from the bell persons to the front desk and the Bully restaurant were all excellent.
