Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas, I-Drive/Orlando

Stayed for 2 nights with family just to get away fir a few days

I was very pleased with our stay. The villa was extremely spacious and the pool area was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of silverware, dishes and pot and pans. And the view from the room was gorgeous. My only complaint is that the towels and bedding could definitely be updated. The towels seemed a little old. Other than that l cannot complain! Will most definitely be back!!

Loud, loud, loud. The sound isolation is so poor that we were woken up by a drippy shower on the room above us. It sounded like someone hit the floor with a shoe every 30 seconds. You could hear the upper neighbors walking all over their apartment. It’s a small apartment which was great, but the furniture and the kitchen equipment are sooo basic it’s depressing. But clean, very clean and not damaged, it’s just a throwback to the 80’s... The swimming pool area was awesome, very agreeable and very well kept. The personal was Disney level of friendly, it was very nice. But... it’s a time share so we got 2 phone calls per day from them trying to get us to the meetings... it was stressful in the end. So if you spend the day outside your room with the kids, awesome. If you want to relax in your room, not so much. But the price was good. So depending on your priorities, you will love it or not.

everything fine but I couldn't sleep because there was a constant noise on the walls like something mechanical that sounded like metal, the truth was I felt very uncomfortable that's why I couldn't rest

The hotel was amazin, the staff friendly and the room super clean as always. Love to stay here.

Disrespected, insulted and taunted by staff of this establishment. Only thing that was good were the clean rooms!

The property was surprisingly quiet (most likely from Covid). Room was ok- I was surprised how small the bedroom was. The room is ALL bed. Comfortable tho, and nice pillows too. Couch in the living room, not so much. Very hard and stiff. Kitchen was clean, but tiniest fridge I've ever seen. Many of the amenities were closed due to Covid (like poolside bar, restaurants, etc). Pool was absolutely gorgeous. Constantly saw workers cleaning up after guests and sanitizing areas where they were seated. Plenty of parking available, and no parking fee which was nice.

It was good, but not great. Expected better. The pool view was blocked by oak trees, and the toilet seat had a big separated crack in it. Just expected better. We were only there for one night. The pool was really nice, but the pool bars were closed. I understand this is due to Covid, but I just wish they had posted that on their site.

This was our 3rd stay at this property and we always enjoy our time here. They are remodeling so lots of construction but it did not affect our stay or the enjoyment of the main pool.
