Marriott's Grande Vista

It was good, they room furnishing was modern and it was clean

Great place, great pools, great grounds. Grills were closed due to Covid. Fire pits by lake were not on, when it was a cool florida night. I was in an oversized vehicle and ask for a room close to oversized vehicle parking, I was but in a building 1/2 mile away only 2 buildings farther away then mine.

From the staff, to the amenities, to the villas, everything was perfect.

The room wasn’t the one on the pictures , the bathroom was so small . The balcony was small . Would never waste money again

Great property! Well kept and amazing rooms with lots of space for families! Would definitely stay again!!

The place overall is OK nice pool area and lake variety of things to do even though most were closed because of current conditions lots of water around the check-in area and elevator also don’t get a room by the check-in area very loud by the street lots of loud music and cars driving by had to change roomTo get a good nights sleep

They didn't want to give us complimentary water bottles to the room when we were very thirsty at night before bed. They said our room had a lake view but it was obsctructed by trees unfortunately. Overall I loved staying here because it was clean and the balcony was nice. We enjoyed the pools and large jacuzzis too.

Always a clean besitiful room with xomfortsble bed. We xome back every year.

I booked this stay at the Marriott Grande Vista and it was my first time staying at a Marriott resort. The amenities were great and the one bedroom suite we booked was so comfy, had a lot of room, full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, and a separate bathtub with jets! My only complaint was that the building we stayed in had not been in use since April and was recently opened before our stay. The water from the bathroom faucets and the kitchen sink had a horrible rotten egg smell whenever the water was on, and even after turning the water off the smell lingered in the room. I called the front desk and they said an engineer would be over to help flush out the water that's been sitting in the system for months. We were out all day hoping the water would be fixed but we came back to the same problem. Unfortunately we were just not able to use the sinks for our entire stay (2 nights) and had trouble using the bathtub water to wash hands, brush teeth, etc. I'm not sure why they opened the building without flushing all the water before having guests stay there... the resort itself is great but beware of the building they put you in. (I stayed in building 100 for reference)

Prob stayed here 12-15xs in the past but this time was my last. The last few visits it's been declining, this time was the worst. Terrible check in staff, pool was disgusting. Full of hair floating everywhere. Ask check in and called lobby asking about movie in pool area. They said movies anymore. Fair enough, we come around by the pool a few hours later they are playing a movie. I call the front desk and they said we aren't encouraging people to gather which i get but why lie 2xs when i asked earlier. While i can let this one slide, due to Covid concerns, this was one of many let downs this trip. Moving on from there
