Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

Hotel can use some updates as it’s a little older but it’s kept very clean and it’s beautiful. Our first room we didn’t like as we booked ocean view and it was not ocean view at all but the 2nd day we were told they had an upgrade for us and it was so much better. The new room was ocean front with the most amazing ocean view ever! Very pleased just wish we would have been given that room to begin with as we had already unpacked so we had to pack up again to move to the other end of hotel but it was totally worth it in the end. Overall, great experience and very pleased with the staff and service provided.

My boyfriend and I never made it to Cabo or the Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort due to Covid. We called daily to see about changing our reservation to some time in April and they never responded to our phone call. The day that we were to fly out, they told us that it was too late and that we wouldn't get a refund. We told them that we tried calling them daily during the week and found it impossible to get in touch with a manager there. DO NOT STAY HERE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL!!!!!

Almost impossible to get an adult beverage, confusion with staff seemed no one leading or on the same page. Prior three visits were great but currently Rose is not a place I will re-visit. None of what we experienced was due to Covid but just an overall reduction in quality compared to what experienced in previous trips to this resort.

Pueblo Bonito was so much fun! The cleanliness was on point, the staff was very nice and helpful. The first morning our toilet overflowed for some odd reason. We called them to fix it and they came right away to fix the issue. After that, we called 3/4 times for them to clean the bathroom since the toilet had towels all over the floor and toilet water but no one came. My husband then spoke to Jesus who provided excellent customer service and changed our suite. The buffet was exceptional, there was a lot to eat, the cleanliness was on point, you could see the staff cleaning up even after midnight. This was such a beautiful resort, about 35 minutes from the airport.

The location is ideal. Would have liked more food and restaurant options as it was all inclusive and there was only the buffet and sushi bar and service at the pool.
