We have stayed in this hotel maybe 6 or 7 times in the past, always as a couple but this time we were joined by family. We find the hotel to be clean, comfortable and welcoming and the rooms & bathrooms a good size. It's always a bit tricky when recommending a favourite place to family members, 'what if they don't like it!' scenario - we shouldn't have worried, they loved it - even the teenagers. The hotel is well placed for walking to local restaurants in the evening or the port, and it's cheap and easy to get a taxi if you need to. We'll be back next February if not before

Really nice hotel, with amazing breakfast. Sadly I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the spa. The views from the balcony were nice and room was very clean. I only have three small complaints. 1. No iron or ironing board in room, the gentleman said I have to go to 5th floor to iron. 2. No wine opener, only bottle opener in rooms. I asked for a wine opener and the gentleman at the front desk said he had one but I had to go back downstairs to pick it up. 3. The bar inside the hotel closes at 12am, there’s also no vending machines. So if you get back late and your hungry or want a drink, you’re out of luck. They had nothing to offer after 12am, and all outside stores were also closed.

Love this hotel, stayed several times with my family. Love the location and the standard of the accommodation (great family suites, much better than comparable hotels). However on this occasion we found the food not as good as previous stays at both the breakfast buffet and the snack bar... maybe because it’s slightly out of season. We’d also love to see the mini golf renovated!

Hotel ok, the spa was a great benefit but the steam room smelt mouldy. One of the spa showers didn’t work. Bed uncomfortable and pillows not good. No sound proof between floors so could hear everything the family above did. Lots of noise and chairs scraping on floor.

I really enjoyed our stay, our 3rd visit, disappointing that pool bar was closed, also that coffee not available whilst sat outside until 10.30 am. Also no recycling bins at all, all plastics and cans put in general refuse.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect, right from the facilities, staff, location, food, amenities, etc. special thanks to the front desk - Noelin, lady, you’re awesome! The spa facilities were excellent! I defiantly recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely especially Diana on reception who could do enough for the guests. We were allocated a family room for 2 female friends which worked perfectly as we had a bedroom each. Giving towels to the guests is great as it saves room & weight in our cases. One thing which was slightly annoying was that some people were allowed to have 2 towels each but when we asked we were told we could only have one! The only ither negative was that there was not much in the town of Portals Nous but that’s not the fault of the hotel, of course. We would have liked a couple more bars to go to in the evening.

Staff friendly, efficient. Facilities adequate but dated. We booked a deluxe room - we got room 624. The room was extremely small - we could barely walk around the bed which was also a very small and extremely uncomfortable bed. No drawers, tiny wardrobe which even a mams shirt could not hang without being folded up at the bottom never mind a dress. Booking promised bathrobes and slippers - no bathrobes appeared. Other rooms on our floor were twice the size with bigger beds. You could feel the springs in the mattress when lying in the bed. Not even a mattress topper. Not a deluxe room. Would not stay here again.

Only good if you are looking to stay at the hotel. The area around does not have much except small beach and the bus frequency to go to Palma is very less
