Best Western Plus Hannaford Inn & Suites

I booked a handicap accessible room and they called me and told me they didn’t have any but made accommodations to help me.

Room was fine.. Sofa bed had some nasty crumbs, etc. on it but was fine after putting clean sheets on it. Problem was that I called the morning of the day of our arrival to be sure there would be a pack 'n play or portable crib available for our child. The lady on the phone assured me they had those and she'd make a note that we would need one. We arrived late, around 10pm, and they said they didn't one. We were very upset and about to leave when she showed up with a portable crib. All in all, everything ended up working out ok but the service was pretty terrible. It was hard to understand both ladies we worked with (on the phone and in-person) at the front desk. They clearly had a hard time communicating/understanding what we needed which resulted in a frustrating start to our stay.

I found three bed bugs in my bed ! Kept feeling something crawling the 1st night but didnt imagine finding bedbugs in the bed n pillow case

It was a nice hotel, but needs to be remodeled! Great area of town to be in and near a lot of things to do- esp. if you love to shop! If you are a light sleeper the interstate noises might get to you! Excellent shampoo, soap, conditioner freebies- but too small! Need to be a little bigger- two of us used up all the shampoo and conditioner.

Terribly dim hallway lighting, almost no light in bathroom, someone had taken sink and tub drain caps off to help with drainage, faux leather couch all worn and cracked

This motel is below par for a Best Western. With the COVID, they've eliminated most services, including daily maid service and breakfast. The first room we were offered smelled like cigarettes, even though the motel was supposedly smoke-free. This motel is rather dingy in the hallways, which don't appear well-vacuumed and which are dimly lit as well. I didn't see a single maid working the whole two days we were there. Windows were dirty. Air conditioning was noisy. The building fronts I-70 on one side. The pool is closed. Even though the cable TV listing shows HBO and others, they have apparently dropped the subscription. The Internet is weak, and dropped out frequently, sometimes for hours.

This hotel was horrible the owners were not wearing masks they required an extra $100 deposit as soon as we walked in the service was horrible the front desk lady didn't know where anything was in the town couldn't give you recommendations it said they would have laundry soap for sale of the front desk didn't have that said the pool was open it wasn't said that they had a continental breakfast didn't don't believe anything that this hotel has to say

Location and their King suite is luke a small 1 bedroom apartment all at a affordable rate

Run-down property. Rooms should be half tge price they charge.

Pretty shabby check-in. The bathroom was either under repair or poorly repaired. I took photos because the receptionist surprised us with a $100 damage deposit. Ironically for a room that had drywall compound all over the walls. And a filthy ventilator cover. The bed was shoved against the wall so that the person on that side had inches to get out of or into the bed.
