Dirty towels, flickering lights inside room, no blanket on bed on sheets, overall wasn’t pleased

Friendly staff, the room was clean and fresh. They have an awesome pool space, great snack bar and a good workout space. Overall this is a great place to stay with your family. It is literally right next to everything.

hotel looked good until you get to the room, it was so dirty, stained pillows, stained blankets, floor was so dirty our feet where black by bed time, and on top of that the day of check out they are knocking on your door at 9am to see what time you are going to leave, it was a terrible stay, don't be fooled by the luxurious lobby and pictures.

Beautiful hotel but the rooms are showing wear and tear. I believe that by booking with hotels.com rather than through the actual hotel website, we were penalized and we were told no rooms were available facing the pool when in fact there were many available. When we arrived and were given our key, we went to our room only to realize it was an end unit behind a wall. I went back to the counter to see if we could change rooms. We were offered several rooms that were in front of a nasty wall that offered no light or view. This hotel has been our first choice for years but not sure about next year.

Great location near the convention center, but not really business trip oriented. Room was very dirty, with dirt/leaves/etc. on floor, plus clothing tags from previous guest(s) still laying on table and floor. Bathroom in serious need of attention, mold/mildew and caulking in bad condition.
