Residence Inn Eugene Springfield

This isn't what you'd expect from the name Marriott!! There was disgusting half eaten pudding cups under the bed in the bedroom , there was a dirty diaper and a binky under the sofa and my children were both 15 so def not ours. With covid i def did not feel like precaution was taken in making sure our room was actually cleaned! The supposed wonderful breakfast ya you went to the front desk and they give you a paper bag with an apple yogurt bagel (stale) and cream cheese, or cereal and milk. I've had better at motel 6 it was very disappointing for what we were paying a night there! I ended up going out and spending more money to be able to provide breakfast for my family and went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room before we really used anything. The beds were very comfortable and the staff is very nice especially the cleaning lady she was extremely kind they just aren't paying attention while doing their job! Overall very disappointed with the entire experience the hot tub was supposed to be available it wasn't save yourselves money and stay elsewhere.

The buffet manager was extremely rude to my children both mornings because my son accidentally spilled some Fruit Loops. I put in a complaint to the manager on duty but I doubt anything will change, we will never be coming back.

Great location and hotel! Very clean, and friendly staff! It was a plus for us as we traveled with our pet...and this was a pet friendly hotel. Nice continental breakfast! Will stay here again.

The area was perfect for us. The room suited our needs and the staff was wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.

I would have given a better rating if the bathroom door wasn't broken or the AC actually worked well in the room. Other than those minor issues the room was nice.

Excellent service and amenities. Location was beautiful next to river and miles of trails. Felt very safe to walk alone.

You needed your room key to get back into the hotel from the pool. No big deal, just wierd.

We like that the rooms were suites with lots of options for making our own meals. comfortable, clean and pleasant place overall.

Super friendly staff. Remodeled neatly. I could pick up my I pad which I missed in the room thanks to the notice from the staff. Very honest and quick following up

Residence Inn was a very good host; they helped our large group in every way. Unfortunately, the wi-fi is NOT secure. Therefore, chose not to use it on 2nd day.
