Very good service all round.

Great hotel!

Overall, this is a really nice property. The location is excellent, the breakfast was really good with an ample selection, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the toilet in my room stopped working the first night. It took three calls to the front desk and over four hours for someone to come fix it.

How I wish the hotel staff was geared towards some hospitable service during this difficult Covid time! I asked via Hotels.com if I could check in early arriving from the US 6 am. in which case I would stay the night in Cph SAS had cancelled my connecting flight and I couldn't imagine how I would get through waiting 10 hours for the next connection. Got no reply from Hotels.com. Tried to call the hotel: impossible (turned out their system was down that morning) Later in the day - after a long wait - the hotel answered and the message was that if they had a room available I would get it, but if I wanted to be sure I had to book it and pay 100 kr pr. extra hour. Taking the chance I kept my original booking (absolutely not wanting to stay over with friends right now). Also I wanted to arrive home in day light after having been stranded in the US for 9 months, really worried what shape our house would be in! So the receptionist informed me that I had to pay 300 kr. to get the room early (!!!), but after telling what I was told when I had called, he nicely checked me in without an extra fee. If I had gotten that reasurrance in the US I didn't have to worry so much - it seemed enough to me that I had to pay a hotel in the first place. I could then have looked forward to my stay. I got to my room: the best, most practical layout I have ever seen: easy to clean and CLEAN IT WAS! Nice choice of pillows, breathable duvet. Room phone dead, one lamp didn't work and neither didtheTV

Price value isn't good but they basically have a monopoly as a airport hotel in Copenhagen.

I still can’t forget the good time when the hotel was Hilton. The restaurant now is still under average, the bar is not acceptable. The language at the hotel is still not danish, not acceptable. Despite the prices are still, as it was Hilton! Why I still use your hotel, because it is very convenient to access to the airport.

Could not have been better in these strange times. Menu in the restaurant was limited but their number of guests were limited as well. Very convenient when flying from CPH early in the morning.

This is the most convenient hotel to stay at if your stay in Copenhagen involves a flight from Kastrup Airport. The hotel is a part of the of the airport complex, and you can walk to your airline check-in counter in less than 5 minutes of leaving your room. This hotel has been through several owners (used to be Hilton) but has kept the same high standard of rooms and service. Rooms are in tiptop shape, clean and bigger than the average Copenhagen hotel room. I didn't order breakfast as previous experience tells me it's overpriced for what you get, and there are plenty of reasonably priced options in the airport itself. Room charge is a bit above the average for Copenhagen, but totally worth if you appreciate the convenience.

Great location, right at the airport. The hotel is clean and up to date so those are all great things, but it would have been nice to have 1 big size comforter That fits the size of the bed; instead of 2 small comforters. Also, for this type of hotel; a complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been nice gesture.
