Cliff House at Pikes Peak

Fantastic stay at Cliff House. Wonderful hotel, full of history and extremely comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Food was amazing. Hotel is centrally located to enjoy all of downtown Manitou Springs by walking. Will be staying here every time we come to the area.

The room was quaint, comfortable and perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was prompt. Did not use the dining area for this visit but it looked beautiful. The toilet seat was even heated with a light... Nice added bonus for a cold climate.

Disappointing. When I checked in, I confirmed valet parking was comp. When i checked out, i was charged. I had to pay a 20 dollar service fee which covered internet and breakfast. But the internet did not work. I was charged a 5 dollar delivery fee for breakfast. Walls are paper thin and could hear everything from the room above me. Front desk emoloyee says there is nothing i can do about the internet or the sound

Our stay was ok , the bed is not comfortable, it leans , heals higher than head = headaches They also don’t state about hidden charges, like 20 dollar fee for so say breakfast, that’s descent but nothing to brag about, we decided to stay here just to say we did! Bucket list checked off as nothing to brag about , the mask freaks here need to realize that it’s not going to save your life or no one else, it’s actually going to kill you in the long run!! Besides making you wear a mask is stupid not all employees of this establishment wear them, so there is a few smart people in Colorado

Our stay at Pikes Peak was probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Even through C19 regulations, The Cliff House was over accommodating and helpful. Our room was beautiful with an unreal view of the mountains. The cozy house like feel was perfect for a winter holiday getaway. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to COS and come to stay here again!

First of all, I attempted to call ahead to inform them that we would be arriving around 630pm but was placed on more than a 7 minute hold twice and hung up. We decided to check in before dinner because of this. We arrived and were told to wait again because the front desk guy was trying to figure out how to allow someone to pay with cash (who wasn't present by the way) The parking is not convenient. There are two options, park it on your own blocks away in a residential area or pay $15 for valet. Overall I wasn't impressed. Nice place to stay I suppose but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here.

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in the excellent Charles Dickens Jr. Suite!

Super relaxing stay at a truly great hotel! Very clean and staff super friendly. Would recommend for a night away to relax and unwind. Definitely will stay here again.
