Sunscape Sabor Cozumel

Pretty beach, room was adequate but needs updating as all the fixtures were pitted and the shower was spraying everywhere. Needs a better choice for meals, change the menu, breakfast could be drastically improved on. I got what I paid for, all the rest and relaxation I needed, too. Was clean, bed was decent and great weather. Not a high end resort but got some space from people too.

This resort is a great location resort, if you are scuba diving, as it is near the best dive sites. Really nice rooms, beach, pools and layout. Unfortunately, the food is near the worst food possibly imaginable for an all inclusive. I usually spend 2 months or so each year on the island. This was my first experience at the Sabor. I will not be coming back.. The reason I stayed here was for the all- inclusive nous.. Having stayed at another resort for the first half of my trip that wasn't. I ended up eating in town for lunches and dinners at least 50% of my time here, because that is just how bad the food is... One other thing, they charge like $10 per day for internet or $40 per week. I think this is the only resort in the world that still thinks you charge for internet. So, if you want a nice resort on a nice beach, this is a great place.. Just know that the food is the worst and you should probably rent a car, so that you can drive into town.

Super clean and everything was sanatized

Very clean in all areas. Lots to do. Child friendly so could be noisy. Choice of food poor. Usually only one of the restaurants open and menus the same every day with limited choice. Also, no snacks available which is unusual for all inclusive

A perfect spot on Cozumel. The property was nice and clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The beach is sandy with plenty of chairs and there is decent snorkeling from the shore. Food was good and they had a nice range of choices. We visited during Covid and we were really happy with all the sanitation measures. All the staff wore masks and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. I felt very safe. Due to the reduced compacity, not all the restaurants or bars were open, that was fine with us as it meant less people around. Also, your snorkeling or dive boat can pick you up at the resort dock, so you don't need to drive into town. It was really handy. The only down sides was that it is a good 15-20 minute drive into town and the property is a bit older, but still nice. Overall a great place to stay if you enjoy a mellow vibe and access to the great water off of Cozumel.

Overall, the property is a C / B Pool and beach were kept clean.

whether was amazing, hotel very outdated , the sewer smell was disgusting. food options were very very limited. no waiters to serve guest while in the pool while pool was open. waiters were very friendly but not enough staff to accomadate guest there. Will definitely not return or recommend this hotel for anyone. The rates on this hotel are false. Don't go you will regret it.

Very clean staff great, service at Patio restaurant terrible. Mattress hard as a rock. Portofino restaurant was good.

Amazing! We even got upgraded to the sister adults only resort since it was my birthday! The staff was amazing. Irving at the front desk was nice and helpful! Alfredo the life guard on the dock was awesome too, as well as all of our servers and bartenders! The best part was the free snorkeling,paddleboarding, and kayaking! Also the private beach was really nice and quiet. We actually had no complaints and would 100% go again. The whole stay was amazing, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean, also food was pretty good! I would just go ahead and pay for the all inclusive because it’s just so much easier and more relaxing that way. Also, bring your own sunscreen because it is $30 there haha!
