We have stayed here before. It is a very nice hotel.

Let's just say it was an experience I will never forget in an experience I hope to never do again

We were there for two weeks, so it was a longer stay than normal. The two weeks included the COVID-19 Pandemic and a 10-12 inch snow storm so Outstanding isn't exactly an option. But it was very very good. The suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Both TVs worked, the Microwave, fridge, and heat all worked. So already we're above average. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and often went out of there way to make guests comfortable and in the case of the snow storm even went out to get a snow shovel so guests could get out of their parking spots after the plows came through. All in All a pleasant stay during difficult circumstances!

First room 116. Wouldnt lock when i try to step out, the changed room immediately, but room wasnt clean for my expectations. Rust on knob in tub, loud noise from highway. Bed hard like the floor with rugs, room phone was broken, heat in that room was also broken, almost froze to death.. smoking in the only entrance, disgusting. I have been to alot of country inn and suites and they are always a 9 out of 10, they are always very clean, nice and updated, this one looks like i got stuck in the first 1 built.. i would say iys a 2 out of 10

Everyone was wonderful. Only complaint was housekeeping knocking on the door before 10am to see if we checked out. The whole point of the stay was to be able to sleep in with no interruptions (kids lol). This is the reason we chose this hotel due to the noon checkout.

Staff was very friendly would definitely stay there again

I stayed here for two days and was happy with the room. It was like a little one bedroom apartment but with no sink and stove. I liked it and would stay again. The only down fall is the smoking section is right at the door so the lobby smells like smoke. Now I am a smoker and I walked across the parking lot to smoke as I hate the smell of cigarettes. There was some kind of baseball team there with lots of teenagers so I am sure the parents did not like that. I would recommend moving the smoking section away from the door. But other than that it was good.

The floor of the bathroom was not clean. There was debris on the floor. Around the toilet on the floor was dirty.

thank place was dirty.. stain on carpet ....the room smelled open window to air out room a few min. later window fell out im glad a child was not in the area.. hair in the bathroom ....went to front desk to ask for refund cant do you been here or 2 hours i said you are wrong.. was told i was to loud ....ok im loud but you cant hear the screaming out side ...the icing on the cake this group males having a party in parking lot ....and Relieving them selves booked for 2 day left after 5 hours..........i would like the number to the regional to request full refund... we have stayed this brand of hotel for years im sorry after this noway......motel 8 has one up on you
