Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Lancaster

I had a 2 night stay. When I came back for the second night it was obvious that the maids had been in the room because the trash was emptied, and the towels were changed out. However the bed was not made, the coffee was nor replaced, and the bathroom counter and mirrors were not cleaned. If the counter and mirrors weren't cleaned I doubr they cleaned the tub or the toilet.

People were walking all through the facility without masks on. The pillows were somewhat yellow. We paid for another hotel and left the day we checked in. I was getting away with my kids and felt unsafe with so many people not wearing masks. I was fully unpleased with this stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only one thing little strange was where the bed was located. Very hard to get around with the tv sticking out of the wall.

Made a reservation on hotels the manger called to confirm my stay I arrived after driving 3 hours an she told me I didn’t have a reservation when she called to confirm 3 hours prior then tried to have me pay for my room again an pay a 200 incidental when it’s only 100 I even showed her my confirmation number an ask for her name an corporates number she threatened to call the cops on me an then called hotels to confirm my reservation an then say they can’t accommodate me never will make a reservation here again unprofessional

My daughter and I had a holiday weekend of rest and shopping. Enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was clean staff friendly . Brought our dog the room we stayed it was clean and fresh. We will go back there for our next visit to Lancaster .

Great experience! Everything was clean, dishes, utensils provided. Loved the layout of the room, outlets were very accessible and the staff was great. We were so happy there was a legit breakfast even during covid- muffins and bagels and juice, plus the coffee was wonderful and they had real creamer (not the powder crap) - plus they are dog friendly!

It was a great stay for 2 nights; clean and comfortable, especially with a little kitchenette was very useful during this COVID-19 Pandemic.

I feel fortunate to have stayed at Hawthorne Suites. There are plenty of choices so you never know if you’re making the right one until you get there. Check in was great, friendly, courteous, efficient. The hotel is clean as well as the room. Very comfortable room and bed. Nice little kitchen space with a microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Bathtub has good water pressure and hot water. Bonus was the noon checkout time. I wasn’t in any hurry to leave such a comfortable space.

The king bed was super uncomfortable. Hardest 2 nights I ever had. Felt like I was sleeping on a table. Glad to come home. Breakfast even during covid could have been better. Plastic wrapped bagel isn’t breakfast.
