Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Airport South

Our Trip was to visit our Grand Daughter at Baldwin Wallace, and the hotel's location was Great. Due to Covid 19, there was no breakfast, no pool, no room cleaning service. This was troubling but not unmanageable. The Hotel is perfect and we will be staying here again on our next visit. I would have liked to know this so that I could have requested a discount in price.

Very good. Slept great. In-room table was great for meal purchased curbside nearby.

Ok considering COVID-19, much of the amity’s were gone in the hotel

Very disappointing. The room was very dark (lighting is minimal) and pretty outdated. Didn't have airport shuttle available (told he was "let go" because he wasn't being used.) And there was zero effort for any breakfast or even coffee - used Covid as an excuse. Told I could walk to a Starbucks....seriously? Other hotels on my trip provided a hot breakfast and coffee while complying with Covid protocols. This property just didn't want to make the effort. Hotel investments obviously went for the wow factor in the lobby, nothing else. Won't be staying in a Marriott property for awhile.

The room was clean and beautiful. We had issues with the air conditioning. We didn't complain to the staff because it was late and maybe they could have done something to keep the temp a little warmer.

This is not Marriott quality. We stayed for 1 night at the hotel. The TV had no remote control, I called the front desk, she asked me pick up the remote. She gave me one when I got back to my room, the remote had no battery. i called again asking to bring the battery to my room. She refused to have the battery delivered. i had to go back to the front desk for the second time. The room looked very old, the mattress was very old and very soft, carpet was very old and dirty. the refrigerator wasn't working. Water at the shower was dripping.

The person who checked us in did not have on a mask.

Convenient location, good staff, ac, good bed, quiet area

Was really shocked by the lack of COVID-19 protocol. Staff not wearing masks. And, although we were told not to congregate in the lobby, near 40 people visiting--none wearing masks or giving even a slight nod to social distancing. Very unnerving.

Very clean room but had a friendly centipede on the ceiling. Called service and they were there so fast that we were amazed. Centipede destroyed!! Very nice and friendly staff. Would stay there again!
