Quality Inn and Suites

Appearance was sketchy at first but people were friendly and room was clean. Water pressure was great. A nice coat of paint would do it good and the doors didn’t fit properly.

Front desk staff is very helpful. The building is looking shabby and needs a face lift. They seem to be understaffed. The hallways needed vacuumed and our rooms did not get cleaned all weekend. Not sure if we will stay again.

It was very clean everybody was very nice it was what I needed after the experience at Carter caves

We have stayed here every year for over 10 years. Never had a problem. Convenient location.

The room was clean. There was nothing broken. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot.

There was really nothing to like. When I arrived the elevator was out of order and from the condition of the sign it has been for a while. Fortunately I had a first floor room reserved as I have a heart condition. When I got to the room it was musty smelling, even through the a/c was blasting (probably to reduce the odor) and there was a slight smell of urine in the bathroom. There was no TV remote in the room and when one was brought to me the availability of channels was extremely limited. I generally don't have a problem was a free breakfast, but it was the worst I've ever had. The juice machine was broken (again an old sign on it) and there wasn't any alternative...not even water. There were tea bags, but again no hot water. The prepared hot food was biscuits and gravy, with the gravy having no flavor and two types of hockey pucks...one was supposed to be an egg and the other a sausage patty, but both were seriously overcooked. It really didn't have anything to do with the staff or hotel...but I even received a prank call to my room at 6 am. Definitely the worst stay I've had at any hotel that I can remember. I was very grateful it was only one night otherwise I would have moved to a different hotel. I only stayed that night because I was exhausted.

Suited our needs just fine- close to where we needed to go worked with on roims

Best showerhead/water pressure of any hotel we've ever stayed. Super friendly staff. Looking forward to visiting again.

It was pool is amazing! The staff is incredibly amazing! Breakfast bar is totally yummy and they have lots of choices. But the building NEEDS an elevator only down fall.

There is a drug recovery center right across the street and those at the recovery center come inside the hotel. After 9pm one of them was at the vending machines and was very creepy. This seems dangerous.
