We had a great stay. All of the staff was super friendly. They still serve some breakfast with great COVID precautions having everything individually wrapped.

Location was wonderful. Upon arriving there was no one at the desk. A sign had a phone number to call, but it rang right there at the desk- the one that was unattended. After 20 min. We began knocking on room doors near the lobby. Finally found someone- happened to be the front desk guy. Pool deck is peeling paint. Room was clean but run down. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Breakfast was not good, no healthy options. Probably due to Covid but disappointing.

Room was updated and nice; bathrooms were clean and very friendly service. I like how it was off the road but easy to get in and out of. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. Would stay here again.

HORRIBLE! Run Far Away ... For Start Check In Was Terrible Guy At Front Desk Was So Flat & Acted Like He Didn’t Want To Be Bothered , Reserved Jet Tub . Got A Stand Up Shower .. Andre Literally Watched Camera All Day & Complained About Everything. My Kids Literally Stepped Out Of The Door & He Was Calling Me Asking To Get Them .. We Rushed Out To Get Breakfast The Guy Called & Said Housekeepers Refuses To Service Room I Said It’s Mostly Clothes & Sheets & Id Clean It .. He Kicked Me & My Family Out The Hotel While We Was On Vacation & Refused 2 Refund That Night & Next Day .. He Said It Went To Shampooing The Carpet .. I Cleaned Room W/o A Broom & Have Pictures To Prove

Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, and attentive to all Covid 19 issues. I felt very comfortable and safe at this facility. Clean and fresh is what would certainly bring me back. Great job, and the first continental breakfasts I have found since Covid.

The hotel was fairly nice. The cleaning ladie was exceptionally nice. That’s about it. The front desk staff seemed spaced out and the breakfast was nasty. There was a couple of issues I experienced and they handled it poorly. Won’t be using this hotel again I’m the future.

It is highly doubtful how this Sleep Inn hotel (rather, motel) has garnered an 8+ guest rating. The hotel is in a state of complete disrepair due to extreme cost cutting measures implemented by the owner. I had to change rooms 3 times at check-in, due to an appalling lack of cleanliness (hair and makeup on sheets, pubes and stains in bathroom), broken AC/Heater, and broken phone. And I settled on the third room not because it was clean, but simply because other hotels nearby were sold out and my family was very tired. With hot-bright daylight-white lights in all rooms instead of soft yellow lights, lumpy mattresses and spongy shower-floors, oil-stained headboards and god-knows-what stained musty carpets, this hotel reminds you that you could and should do better. The breakfast adds insult to injury with powdered eggs, stale discount-brand bread slices, no real butter, and hot water passed off as coffee. Small waffles provide a somewhat saving grace from an otherwise inedible “full breakfast”. Williamsburg is a wonderful place to visit, so please do not ruin your trip by staying at this 1-star motel. I wish (against all hope) that Shantinath (the owner) stops shortchanging the guests and does away with his spartan ways of hospitality, and ensures at least somewhat decent comfort level for the hotel guests. Summary: Please take this advice & stay someplace else. This motel doesn’t deserve your business, thanks to the owner’s total apathy towards guest comfort.

Staff was very friendly and inviting from front desk to housekeeping. Room was spacious and clean. The carpet could be freshened up and the shower could have used some minor fixing but overall a good experience.

Close to restaurants. Had to move rooms twice due to maintenance issues.
