Econo Lodge

When I first got to my room, I saw the beds weren't made and there were towels on the floor. I went back to the office and my second room was still not in very good condition even though they said it was newly renovated. Plus the shower didn't work so I couldn't take a shower! They gave me a small discount, but I don't feel that I should have paid as much as I did. Also my food spoiled because the fridge hadn't been turned on yet and it took too long for it to cool down.

We booked the hotel because breakfast was included in our reservation but when we checked in they informed us that the breakfast area was under renovations so no breakfast. I spoke with the manager and she said there was nothing she could do about it. It was a big disappointment. In addition there were bugs in the washroom and the toilet didn’t flush on the second day and the seat was lose. When I reported the toilet issue to the front desk the lady said there was no maintenance guy around and she couldn’t transfer us to another room. There was telephone and closet in the room. We won’t be staying here again.
