Nice and all .. one issue .. couldn't figure ou the shower .. i tried real hard to flip to shower .. couldn't do it and did have managent to look at it because i didn't have time. Suggest doing a simpler shower to operate. Place, even was small, was all upgraded and well kept.

The hotel was very nice, safe, and located near a convenience store and places to grab light food. The amount we were quoted for a roundtrip airport shuttle was 38 Euro, which was more than hotels.com said it'd be. We thought that was too much and chose a taxi instead, which worked fine.

Clean, Conveniently located close enough to the airport, about 15 min by cab/Uber. Restaurants nearby to walk to, delivery service available in English. Kind staff.

Highly recommend if you have a short layover or trying to stay near the airport. It’s in suburb location about 10-15 min from IST airport. There are some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. This hotel also works with a local restaurant for delivery food (with English menu) which I used for two nights and they were great. The ladies at the front desk spoke good English, they were shy but kind and responsive. My room was clean, offered me some free bottles of water, AC works, TV has some English channels, nice clean shower, decent bed. They allowed me to do a late checkout at 1230 also. If I get stuck in IST again, I’m using this hotel again.

Very impressed. Massive spacious rooms, super modern, new and clean, USB sockets very practical. Kettle with tea and coffee very nice and very rare in Turkey. Only 15 mins drive from the airport.

Our Stay on the whole was very good Points:- 1) Although a kettle, coffee an tea available in room no milk provided (However the lady went to super market to get a box of milk for us) 2) We had trouble getting the WIFI to work on our floor The lady said she would send somebody up to sort the problem but nobody came ! 3) Breakfast was only available at 8.30 am onwards. Surely an Airport Hotel needs to have breakfast available much earlier than 8.30am What about people who have to catch early flights ?

Its a rest stop for transit travelers , so the main reason ppl stay there is because they need to take a shower+ sleep peacefully... i didn’t get any. About sleep: I was disturbed by the noisy cleaning ladies, not only they talked loudly, but put loud music!! Different songs! It was like a night club. I was Too tired to even get up and talk to them so i had to bear the situation. It also happened in another floor for a family member the same day. About the shower: there was no water at all in the morning.I had to use the drinking water bottle just like being in a camp to wash my face at least. They blamed it on the city, i understand its not under their control, but They could put water tanks for emergency or something. I paid fully to get at least the minimum very basic services like shower water. So by logic they should return some of the money but they refused to compensate for the water cut discomfort when hotels.com approached them, also they even still insisted i pay the 5$ worth of breakfast before leaving refusing to make it as a simple courtesy to what happened.. Also technically its not a hotel, its an apartment building rental place. One thing to be fair, the place was very clean. And one night shift employee (assistant to receptionist) was nice and helpful. Also an advice, don’t welcome your tired travelers with loud TV showing sports.

Close to istanbul airpor..Clean room, friendly staff , they speak english and awesome customer service.

Wifi, nice rooms and staff. I visited 3 times and they took great care of me
