Hyatt Centric Downtown Portland

Easy in and out, felt safe at the stay. Parking was a bit pricey but manageable. Having a place to stay in downtown as good and convenient for getting around.

We had a great stay at this beautiful modern hotel. Super clean and in a very convenient location, walkable to all of our favorite downtown Portland things. The hotel was super accommodating of all of our requests, and our baby had one of his best ever nights of sleep. Devon was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.

The room had a cool modern & hip motif. Everything was well thought out. It was super clean. Staff was friendly and cool. Excellent all around.

Hotel and staff were Super cool. We called to find out about parking . You can park on the street , which on a weekend is kinda hard. Valet parking available for $47 which is convenient if you don't want to have to find a park every time you wanna go somewhere. Plus the safety measure of having your car secured some where safe is peace of mind for me. They'll pull you car around for u anytime u want it. No food onsite but excellent restaurants in the area. Comfy beds, though we could have done without down comforter way too hot for sleeping .Needed something lighter ... Also no carpet on the floor just rug around the bed . Cold concrete in the middle of the night to the bathroom is not cool. Keep slippers handy. And No hot chocolate even at the little coffee shop downstairs... limited food options. $4 for a bottle of water ! Hotel located in corner convenient to lots of shops and restaurants.Though a lot of shops are closed due to covid. I think a FREE bottle of water would make peeps happier about paying $47 for valet hint hint... Showers were super cool or should I say super hot ... Hot water & 2 different shower heads ! Super cool.

It was a very nice place to stay in Downtown Portland. Plenty of things within walking distance from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely go again. Thanks.

Comfortable stay in the center of Portland, the room was clean. Only complaint was valet was a bit pricey

The stay here has been amazing! The staff is attentive, cheerful, and helpful. I met 4 of the staff members as I asked for directions around the city, getting a new tissue box, water, snacks, gym and received assistance and a genuine caring attitude that made us feel special. The hotel room is clean with a great bed. The gym had all the equipment for cardio, free weights and a multi weight system. I was able to walk to Pioneer Place Mall in about 6 blocks and found eating places both upscale and quick bites easy all around. I’m coming back here again! And again! And again!

I had an amazing stay here even though things are pretty weird with Covid! Hotel staff was super accommodating and gave me a great room with a view. Valet parking was standard. Restaurant downstairs had fantastic room service and great food! My only complaint is that one employee was not wearing a mask when I arrived. Not cool.

Pros: Overall the building is pleasant, centrally located, and heavily decorated. Staff friendly and charming. Cons: A lot of standard amenities, like stationery and a local guide, were missing. Since these are either disposable or easy to clean, no real excuse.
