Great staff and location, the parking is challenging but the staff was able to assist us.

To get to the hotel from the airport, I highly recommend an Uber or Taxi. Once you get to the hotel, everything is within a 15 minute walk. The hotel is beautiful! We didn't like the pillows but otherwise, and the shower is tricky to use, as there is only a half glass wall. Good luck. I think this is just European style? Other important notes...there is no where in town to exchange to Euros, however, most everywhere we went took credit cards. Also, no refrigerator in the hotel room. We had the breakfast once. It is pretty standard and very expensive (€15/ per person). There are a lot of local places to visit so I recommend going out.

Great place to stay outside the old town area. Easy walk to the markets. Plenty of pay parking on the side streets nearby, limited garage space available for pre-booking. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Just an one nighter. We were upgraded to suite at no extra cost which was nice. Despite our best efforts, with the kind assistance of the staff, we were not able to connect with the wifi. Also parking can be a problem in that area. However, given the hotel situation in Strasbourg this hotel is overall a good choice.

The hotel did not honour the room category booked on Expedia. I had booked a 'superior' room but the hotel was fully booked, so they gave me the only available room just next to reception on the groundfloor, a 10sqm room overlooking the sidewalk, no tub (i.e. per the 'superior' description) and no available parking, also a deceptive ad. The receptionist was useless, refused to cancel/refund, wouldn't call Expedia nor his manager, just apologised profusely and offered me a drink (??) to disuade me from complaining. Outrageous!

Stayed a weekend and had an excellent stay. Was super welcomed by all of the staff.

This property was easy to get to, had parking, and was proximate to the City Center - 12-15 min walk. The room was xharming, the service great and breakfast was very good.

This is a clean, charming and inexpensive hotel in a convenient location. Our room was air-conditioned, and also had windows that opened. Decoration and furnishings were tasteful. The bathroom had both a tub and a walk-in shower. The lobby and lounge were pleasant, and there was an outdoor courtyard and patio. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
