Little Gem Hotel Tulum

A gem worth finding I planned a birthday trip to Tulum and chose this hotel using orbitz.com. After driving into Tulum, my initial thought was, “wow this place was a bit hard to find” followed by, “oh my god this place is beautiful.” As the days go by, you start to become a lot more familiar with how to find the hotel. I wonder why they didn’t name it “A Hidden Gem” instead because based off its characteristics, it truly is. I enjoyed the fact that you walk right past this place not knowing what’s on the other side of the brown door. It gives you a V.I.P access only experience. By choosing to stay at this gem, you unlock an amazing property with a pool, rooms with a front porch, a.c, great wifi, lovely decor inside and out, and cool bikes for guests to use. What you also get—and in my opinion more valuable than all mentioned above—is the presence of kind, warm hearted, and wonderful staff that work here. Big hugs and thank yous to Angie for all of her help. She is a big part of the reason why I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Tulum. (P.s Eat at La Consentida right around the corner and ask for the amazing waiter, Hector)

Enjoyed my stay at Little Gem. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They knew me on a first name basis and always handled my needs with urgency. I felt safe and location of hotel is close to center of town and the beaches. There are restaurants closely in walking and bike distance. I would recommend!

Little Gem Charme is a nice quaint getaway to escape solo or with your significant other . Mayumy and Angie made great recommendations for us to spend our days, thank you ladies! I look forward to visiting again.

I really enjoyed my stayed only downfall was the showers not enough pressure on their shower heads

Upon entering the property, you are transported to a beautiful and peaceful oasis. The outside of the hotel is a bit rough. I thought that I had chosen a bad hotel. But we were very pleasantly surprised.

Perfect little spot to relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Agustin is the best, he goes above and beyond to make you have a great stay in Tulum. He gets the best deals on tours and really knows the area well and he's just an all around cool dude. I would highly recommend Little Gem for anyone who wants to unplug and enjoy Tulum at it's best.

The staff is amazing! Very welcoming, tons of info on the area and activities. The room is absolutely gorgeous, and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, gave good advice and discount information for local Cenotes,

the hotel was exactly like the photos on the site moreover, we got to know AGUSTIN and it was a great pleasure to meet him during this stay because he always had great places to offer us both for restaurants and cool things to see a great person with smile everyday
