The LINE Hotel

I had a delightful stay--except for one thing. The electric plugs in my room were in deplorable condition. I had considerable difficulty getting my iPad, iPhone charged. The brunch was outstanding, customer service was lovely. Anabel Jensen

The Line could be a nice, albeit quirky, boutique hotel; however, its execution and condition are not up to par. Small rooms with little room to walk around awkward (trying too hard to be hip) furniture, limited storage options, and a bathroom equipped with a shower that will inevitably flood the floor of the bathroom. The grout in the sink and shower was cracked and discolored. But the worst bit, there were tiny bugs - fruit flies - that were dead and dried on the bathroom ceiling, while others still living flew about the poorly lit bathroom.

I seem to always arrive way earlier than check in. It was a blessing and very convenient to be given a room ahead of schedule. The desk staff and personnel were kind and accommodating. Plus the design and decor of this facility is truly unique and memorable.

Front desk staff very courteous. Location is a plus. Girl at valet not very nice.

This was an amazing hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was awesome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. The restaurant was also delicious (high taxes, but I think that's all of California). The service was great and the food and drinks were excellent.
