University Square Hotel

Friendly staff but I’m sorry to say this place was not comfortable at all. The entire building smelled like old cigarette butts, even in my room which was supposed to be nonsmoking. The walls in my room were equally grimy and gross. Only one lamp worked, blow dryer didn’t work and furniture was old, stained and not very comfortable. I think I overpaid for this stay, learned my lesson and will never stay at this location again.

Filthy disgustingly dirty! Cigarette burns marks on the counter tops and all along the top of the bathtub. The drawers were full of this brown resin like substance that horrific and extremely sticky. The rooms are NOTHING like the photos. The wifi hardly ever worked and when it did it was very slow but aside from that they didn't isolate access points so every hacker in the world can get on and see all of your traffic. There was 1 housekeeper who had a napolean complex and rhe daytime front desk clerk was a young lady who hated her job and wanted to make you pay for it. There are 5 or 6 ice machines on the property and none of them work. None at all not a single one. They don't take cards if you want it extend your stay so i would recommend you prepare with cash except for the fact it's not safe to carry cash at this place. Don't do it! It's not worth the price difference.

Disgusting and uncomfortable. Sketch parking area. Loud. Not quiet through all hours of the night. The lobby was nice. As far as my room. Very unsuitable especially for the price.👎

Check-in was easy and location is very convenient. The room was way more spacious than I thought it would be. It could use a decor update.

This is a trap hiyse dont stay here holes in walls everything is broken and people in and out all night dont take kids here at all

I looked on price line to rent a motel or hotel and found university court and pictures that was posted and when we got to the room it didn't look like the ones they posted then it said that it a frig and it didn't. I was very disappointed and I've been waiting for my deposit and I still haven't gotten it.I want to know were it is?

Staff was nice. You can hear everything in your room- outside and inside the wall way. We didn't have toilet paper at all, luckily we had some packed in our bags. Ice Machine didn't work. Gated parking, gated hotel.

There were cockroaches in our room.

The Sinks are plugged, both the shower and the sink in restroom bulged , no trash cans in the room , the sheets not clean the pillows very small tiny and not comfortable insects inside like flys , overall very bad and when i go Fresno i will not go there again , worest experience my room number was 111

Very old, dirty, and rundown. Broken security gate code. The only positive was the front desk lady; she was courteous n nice.
