Hotel St. Pierre®, a French Quarter Inns® Hotel

Everything was nice but the blow dryer didn’t work and the one they gave me didn’t work as well!

It was a great stay. It always is.. I love to stay here when I am in New Orleans. My only issue was luggage storage. I specifically called to make sure it was ok to store my luggage because I arrived well before check in and my flight leaving was well after check out. On the call prior to arrival, I was told no problem. However, my room was available, so I didn't even have to leave it. But, upon checking out, I was told they wouldn't keep it due to Covid. I had to re arrange my entire last day and deal with my luggage until time to go to the airport at 6pm. While, Covid is not your fault and I understand the need for precautions, It is your responsibility to communicate your hotels guidelines and to be consistent. It was a hassle and inconvenient. And luggage storage was one of the key items affecting where I stayed this trip due to my arrival and departure times.

The room was good and in a great location. Super close to everything and in a safe area. The shower had a hard time staying hot but other than that it was perfect!

Our first night here wasn't that great, it was a small room, the bed was squeaky, just not ideal at all. But they received our reviews and changed our room for the second night. Our second room was great. Plenty of space and a tub for my daughter. They were very nice about fixing our accommodations. We would stay here again as long as we get a larger room.

This is a great place. It was cozy but very small. As long as you don’t move around in the room much it’s fine. Cute place just super small

The hotel was in a great location in the french quarter, walking distance from a lot of places which was great. However I wasn’t crazy about how dirty the hotel was. The carpet was gross,

The staff at Hotel St. Pierre are top notch and the location is Gabi loud for exploring the Quarter. The hotel has a lot of charm and history. Our shower was a little tricky to adjust, but overall, this is a great place to stay!!

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Easy walk to entertainment and dining.

Great location close to Bourbon St. Good size rooms. Nice size bathroom with good water pressure. Parking right across the street from the hotel, extra charge.

It says limited on the property description that the hotel has limited parking. What they don’t mention is that the limited parking is $26.11 per day. When we wen to park in the limited parking lot we was today by the man at the front desk (possibly the manager) that once we parked we would not be able to drive our car out of the parking lot till we checked out. For the most part the hotel is nice, most of the staff is friendly. It is not clean! We found lots of trash under the bed. Layers of dust. The sheets/comforter had a brown and yellow substance on them. They did not appear to be stains, it appeared they just had not been washed and replaced. I am extremely disappointed in my stay.
