Remarkable service and standard

The kindness and attention of the staff was superb! Such attention and willingness to help is not seen quite often now a days.

The apartment itself was very nice once we were inside. It was very clean and spacious. Sadly, it is located in a terrible area. This area is full of graffiti and our taxi driver even asked us if we were sure we wanted to be dropped off here. Then overnight there was a man singing loudly all night, he was either next door or across the street but we weren't able to sleep thanks to him. There was also blaring music until about 3am. Lastly, we could smell the cigarette smoke of the people next door. Overall, these are things not in the control of the apartment owner, but I would not recommend anyone stay here that wants a safe and quiet location to stay in. Finally, they said it was on the "first floor" but my elderly parents still had to climb a full set of stairs to get to the apartment.

The staff went above and beyond to help and accommodate us and we very much enjoyed our stay at the Gray House!

Mixed review for the Gray House 10 - comfort of the bedroom; newly done apartment and very clean. Free parking at side of building. People working there are very nice - Kobi let us in late at night and owner was incredibly responsive. 4 - location - if you need to be near the train line or central bus station then you can walk to either, but that is about all that is walking distance.. not a great location. on a highway and noisy in the living room/kitchen. 2 - comfort of the pull out couch - terrible - we ended up taking both very thin mattresses and putting them on top of each other (there are two couches) and it was still a thin mattress.

Excellent comfortable stay and soo convenient from the airport.

Location of the propery is very, very bad!!!! Next to a dump site!!!!!!! Accomodation is very nice snd nicely done but the building and surrounding so not very pleasing at all!!!!!

Clean, big bathroom, big room.coffee machine Nice comunication and near the train station.

Pros: - faculty was nice and attentive to my needs. - room was clean and very nice. - affordable Cons: - location Overall it was a great place to stay. I was comfortable and the staff regularly checked up on me to make sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. The facilities themselves were very nice. Felt like a luxury hotel room without the cost. The only issue I had was the location. The views weren't amazing, and most cab drivers couldn't easily find the hotel. If you can't speak Hebrew it becomes difficult to tell them where to find you. In the end I was always able to get a cab to and from the hotel. That was somewhat necessary as most of the popular locations in Tel Aviv were a decent distance from the hotel, making it less than practical to walk to. Overall I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice place to stay and isn't worried about being in the heart of the city. I, personally, enjoyed how quiet it was.
