Good stay very nice rooms clean

Second time staying at this location; decently clean aside from random drips on the elevator walls. Rooms are nice, great views; wish they would keep cups and ice bins in the room rather than having to go downstairs to get some.

Too much for the valet also you have to paid for the internet

We booked 3 nights left in 1 day. On-site parking is expensive. $40 plus daily! Not kid friendly area. Rooms are smaller than normal. Slow service. Anything downtown is trash. Ex hookers and druggies . Very sketchy.

This hotel is in a great location - very close to Larimer Square, Capitol, etc. However, the front desk staff is pretty rude, the beds aren’t comfortable at all, the shade in the room is transparent so there is no privacy or darkness, and the room was pretty dirty...

The hotel staff was terrible and rude. We had 6 rooms one was extremely dirty and the other was cold. After asking the manager to remedy this I was met with hostility and rudeness. After calling hotel.com to fix this problem the hotel manager lied and continued to be rude then finally after almost 2 days we received 1 room before checkout.

Dirty rooms, hot water not working in two of the rooms they moved us to, sheets had not been changed. There was a tag to the women’s panties between comforter and sheet. Very disappointed with this Hilton affiliate

I felt that the front desk person was rude and a bit stereotypical I wasn't happy with the end of my stay or how the staff acted when I left I felt that they didn't approve me being there because I was Hispanic

The Hotel lobby and elevator area floor was dirty, didn’t see it cleaned once while we were there. Once we got off the elevator to our floor, 12th, the trash cans at the elevators we’re overflowing with trash and dirty towels on the floor, that were not picked up throughout our stay. Our room must have been forgotten for cleaned in a hurry. The floor in our bathroom was dirty and the wall was covered in several stains. The floor throughout our hotel room was covered in either dog or cat hair. Don’t bother calling down to the front desk, the phone didn’t work in our room.

The hotel is complete chaos upon check in. The staff is rude. Unless you don’t care about having a clean room, possible getting keys to another persons room, and the valet driving your car like a race car, I would suggest not staying here even though it’s a cheap place to stay. I guess you get what you pay for.
