Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh North

They stay was great. Just had problems finding my room 225. There wasn’t a number on the door for that room.

Room only came with one wash clothe an when I called for more they had some guy deliver them to the room with a nasty attitude an a comment that said ( look Bruh this ain’t room service) I will never ever return to this place.......

Really disappointed with the room. Very over priced. We brung a blue ray play laptop and xbox and none of them could be connected to either tv. But the very most important part that we didnt like was the fact there were staff members who were not wearing masks or social distances. We made sure to dissenfect the room before we brung our small child in the room.

My husband and i stayed for 3 nights. The rooms was nice size with separate living area and bedroom. The shower was nice and bed was comfortable. The main issue was the carpet was old and was basically squares that were unraveling and coming up. The people at the front desk were not rude but barely spoke. It was not a very friendly place or atmosphrere. The area was a little sketchy with a homeless person trying to talk to us in the parking lot. I doubt we will stay here again.

I liked how the rooms were set up especially with a king bed you had your own room separate from the living room and were able to shut it. I loved the tv how it easily connected to certain things. There was a lack of channels but if you have other viewing options such as Netflix it didn’t matter much. I liked pandora specifically. My problems really only came with cleanliness, one I found a phone in my bedroom that was not mine and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t there before, or it may have been in the bed so I question their cleanliness efforts. But I can’t confirm. But you could also see finger prints on the headboard which a quick Lysol wipe could clean it honestly. The other concern was the missing cover over the key fob to my room, the room next to mine also disappeared and I put a sign up to tell them to not go in my room. Not to mention with it being open like that it makes me feel like someone can tamper with it and cause the door to malfunction and get into your room. I did have a slight issue with check in but the staff and Expedia corrected it promptly and I appreciate their help. Especially because it was quickly and I felt bad as was I had never had the issue before but I appreciate their understanding and help over all I enjoyed my stay.

Beds where very comfortable and rooms where very clean

I might have said it was excellent if they would have maintained the same price Monday that they had on Sunday. Jasine was so nice and helpful. I actually really enjoy in my room, I just don't think it's quite worth $130. I think the owner was the one working today and she wasn't as nice. She did let me print

I’ve stayed this property in the past. This time checking in my experience was different. The front desk rep. kept referring to me as sweetheart I was looking at her like I’m not your sweetheart I’m old enough to be your mother. The couple before me received a layout of the surrounding area and restaurant info, a quick speech about the hotel and directions to their room. I received my key and have a nice day.

Newly renovated hotel with pool and gym. No food or bar service because of Covid-19.

Everything was great room was nice and clean!!!!
