I loved this hotel. Not only beautiful but super comfortable as well. The beds were great! Very interestingly decorated as well. Blanca at the front desk is super sweet and a great source of information. Only downside is breakfast service which was slow and chaotic.

It took me three days to figure out how to get to this place without incidents on my golf cart (going through muddy pot holes). Although further away, it is rather nice and a great deal! ***Don't bother renting a golf cart, get a taxi or rent a bike. My first day consists of mostly female guests. I felt quite safe, the male staff were extremely polite and in no way having the "wandering eye". The second night was a bit more loud as there were a bunch of people partying directing in front of my room...which has a great view of the pool. Still I can't be upset for them having a get-a-way and wanting to live it up. ***Oh my gosh, my room was awesome!!! I did not get an upstairs room because they have a 24 hour Covid guideline for guests checking out and guests checking in. But still, my room was pretty posh! The shower is great. Make sure to check out the roof top pool and terrace! Breakfast is comp with my stay but make sure to order the evening before. I had the enchiladas and it tasted better than my tia's!!! I would like to thank the staff members who came out and helped me with my golf carts! The first night my cart died. One of the guys was a mechanic and got his hands dirty. They made sure the next one worked before sending me on my way. The replacement did not work, they sent out a third golf cart. So thankful. You can also book tours here with a small deposit. It was confusing at first for me, but they got everything handled. Book the whale shark tour.

We have been to Holbox many times.. this was hands down the best place yet we stayed.. great value wonderful front desk staff. The food for breakfast was pre-ordered and served exactly on time. the pool was nice and a very short stroll to the beach.. over all it was great we extended our stay and stayed 4 nights

It is close to the beach in a new area of Holbox. It is a little to far from the Holbox square so you have to take a taxi (golf cart) to town. The onsite restaurant is more expensive than in town restaurants. They have great complimentary breakfasts.

Property is nice, clean and walking distance to the beach.

Breakfast very good , restaurant staff good , Dani at front desk very helpful , BAD thing Shower faucet Very BAD water come out like needles , very a comfortable , in my third night I told them about it and Dani move me to another room , same problem but a little better, at night to dark in the streets from the hotel to downtown , you need a flashlight believe me , I bought one at downtown for 6.00 dlls.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 night and really enjoyed it. It’s brand new with spacious rooms which has the amenities needed such as fridge, water boiler and hairdryer. It was very quiet which we enjoyed. Good breakfast too. Only downside was that its 1km from the town so it means you need a taxi to and from town center when going out at night
