Downtown Camper by Scandic

Great decor. Small rooms and zero storage (I was staying a week and had to live off my suitcase). You have to ask, EACH day, reception to have your room cleaned or they don't do it.

we had a great weekend. the room was great for two. the only change would be a room overlooking the square and not the courtyard. friendly staff and great breakfast. great location in the city.

Great location, cool look to the hotel and a fab rooftop bar. Due to covid they are not automatically cleaning the rooms and having requested a clean on day we just got towels left on the bed but nothing else. The following day another request to clean but nothing at all. The worst toilet roll I have ever encountered, I know the theme is camping but I’d have more comfort from a pile of leaves or tree dark. Awful.

We liked Downtown Camper a lot, very cool-designed hotel with many small creativeness addressing the out-door theme. The room is big enough and includes all necessary service: mugs, hair dryer, and also their shower products are excellent. The staffs are all super helpful. One of the staff helped us book a kayak service, and remembered all our needs which she took care of them all. By the way, the kayak in archipelago is also super nice, highly recommended. The breakfast buffet is also wonderful and worthy the money. We were too late to book the dinner and didn't have the chance to try the Nest but heard lots of great things about it. Location of the hotel is very convenient.

Amazing hotel from start to finish , very warm and friendly welcome , great explanation of hotel services , area around and friendly chat as booking in Rooms great size and comfortable. Plate of cut fruit in room a lovely touch. Breakfast is huge seems to cover every possible choice you would have for breakfast. Had small issue with chrome cast on tv not connecting to my iPad. Reported to reception and was sorted with a few hours when I was out :-) If your looking for a central hotel in Stockholm that’s reasonably priced and worthwhile every penny then I’d say this is the hotel for you

The Hotel is very nice! I liked everything about it. Its location is perfect! It is located in the heart of Stockholm City near a lot of sightseeing, major shopping area and only in 7 min of walk to the Central Train Station. The hotel is updated, modern and ideally clean. My room (#427) was very big and stylish. The King-bed was super comfortable. Also I liked a lot a little relaxing area (it looks like 2nd bed with a little table next to it) next to the window. Cute and cosy! The bathtub in the bathroom was a big plus! The bathroom amenities were of a high quality. Wi-Fi was working very fast. I totally recommend this Hotel for staying in Stockholm. You will enjoy it!

Wonderful hotel had an amazing stay.

Perfect apart from attempt of reception staff to ask for extra payment for early check-in though it was already 1.30 pm and room was available. Breakfast and Spa area are amazing.
