The welcome was warm. The location excellent due to being right outside #9 bus stop. The blackout blinds did a great job. The room and facilities were great. Fridge and safe in room, lockers for our stuff on the last day. Breakfast choice was vast from hot food to continental choices. Eat as much as you wish as buffet style.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. Room was as described, smaller than American rooms which was to be expected. Bathroom doesn’t have a fully closing door in the king room so be aware of that
