Holiday Inn Express Hunt Valley, an IHG Hotel

Very friendly staff; cleaning protocol.

The room was very small. It felt as if I was put in a closet. There was no place for me to open my suit case fully unless I put it on the bed to open it. The guy who checked me in was not very friendly and when I asked the price he told me it was not important. I had to ask again to have a price put on the paper I had signed. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day.

Clean nice rooms. Very attentive staff at front desk. Came by bicycle and packed very light. Only disappointment, no ports to charge phone in room, which is something I expected. Had to use charge port in breakfast room.

Me and my wife have been to several hotels in the last 2 months and this was horrible to say the least 1st room as soon as we got in it carpet was soak and wet from air CONDITIONING then we got moved to TO another room which was 704 and after we left for FOR awhile AND came back we saw that the room was dusty and dirty and hairs inside the bathtub which is disgusting and unsanitary and we was told it had not been clean in 2 days and i am really insulted that they would put me and my wife in a room that had not been cleaned in 2 days the bedspread had both of us itching so we went to take a shower and no hot water so we complained and maintenance came but he COULD not fix FIX until FRIDAY morning at 11 and after waiting all morning he came after 11 and over an hour later he left and said it was fixed and AND finally on friday the 11th the housekeeper finally cleaned the room for the first time since Tuesday the 8th so SO after maintenance left we went out for FOR awhile to eat and shop and when we got back around 5 i checked the water in the shower and it was not even warm and once again i had to complain but my wife WIFE didn't FEEL good so i just said tell maintenance to TO come later or in the morning so we got a little bit of sleep but finally on the 3rd and final day Saturday took a shower in warm water it was not as bad but still wasn't hot like it should be and to sum it all up i tried to get away for a few days with my wife and have a nice time but it was horrible

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning was excellent. Perfect for business and short stay needs. York road can be loud at night for front facing rooms.

Clean and comfortable. Good room a/c. Outstanding WiFi bandwidth—big plus.

We were disappointed w hen we returned to our room on our second night to find that housekeeping had not come to clean our room/replace our towels that we had left on the floor as instructed/make beds/replace coffee/etc. When we called the front office, we were informed that they now only clean every other day and that is at your request. Disappointing that we did not know this upfront. We just stayed at this exact location in mid May and housekeeping came every day during that stay.

Disappointed with housekeeping services offered. Housekeeping would only come every other day IF you asked for that. Otherwise, they did not come during the stay - no one informed is of this new procedure.

Loud noise every so often from AC unit & lots of noise from other guests through walls and outside.
